Kitchen staff and cleaning ladies were amazing

Reception, not helpful at all, service, very high costs for the service, reception staff not helpful at all especially when you have issues. Full board did not include drinks and we only discovered it once there, nobody except for booking really helped us solving that issue, reception staff not helpful at all!

The location is right in the middle of the tourist area. All shops, beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The staffs are very nice especially the restaurant’s staffs. They were so helpful and friendly, except the lifeguards at the pools. Don’t really understand him as he kept told people off for unknown reasons. The evening entertainment shows for kids and adults were great. They kept everyone entertain after in the evening dinner. It was a very good plus!

The cleanliness of the restaurant, tables and baby chairs were very sticky. Cockroaches were walking around the floor. The food on the buffet bars could be a bit messy if you arrived late for breakfast and dinner. The food varieties pretty much the same everyday which could be bit boring but does the job. The game room and kid area at the basement needs an upgrade.

Location is just perfect. Very friendly staff, very clean. Food was also good and lot of options.Nice pool area and child friendly.Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Overall we liked our stay here. These are not a negetive feedback but a recommendation and information for future guests.1. Wifi was not good at all. Not even in the room it was working properly. Although in the reception it was fine.2. There is additional cost for the safe in the room if you use it. 3. People reserve the sun bed besides the pool using their towel very early in the morning, although it is not allowed as per hotel rules. When I informed this to the reception, they basically did nothing. So if you want a place in the pool area, reserve it with your towel on your own as early as possible.

Very clean, spacious and ideal location!!

Our room was located on the ground floor and faced a car park but didn’t bother us too much.

Poor customer service, poor cleaning , in the restaurant the cockroaches were walking on the floor , poor quality of food and repetitive

The room/balcony were good. The pillows were amazing!

We were all-inclusive and the cocktails were pre made and syrupy. Wouldn’t do all inclusive there if we went back.

The staff.

North facing room opposite a paddle ball court, very noisy. Also, with a balcony that didn't receive any sun, it was always in the shade. Too cold to sit out and too noisy to enjoy. Also the view consisted of the rear of a shopping centre. The spray from the shower was non existant until we complained. This should have been rectified before we arrived. There was a large hole in the ceiling in the restaurant, which had a temporary patch. On one of the mornings, water was leaking on to the food cooking area, resulting in limited options.

I took my son for a father-son week and we had a delightful holiday. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but in perfect order. The breakfast and dinner buffets were spot on for kids, and although not every dish was a winner, we always left feeling full and satisfied.The games room is a nice touch, but it felt like it was a bit neglected. Two of the machines were out of order without being marked as such, and the change machine also didn't work. The gym had a good selection of weights and was serviceable, albeit small. The holes in the plates for the barbells were of differing diameters, and many didn't seem to fit any of the barbells I saw.

The location is perfect , the food is good , the rooms are comfortable, the pool is excellent. The staff are all very attentive and friendly.

Lots of smalls bars and restaurants in area - short walk to beach.Big rooms with pool facing balcony. Good choice of food.

Great location for a family, quite near to the beach. Rooms are lovely. The pool area is quite small for the number of people, never had a problem getting a sunbed, just a bit cramped where to put them. Kids loved the little park. Food is similar to all-inclusive at other hotels. Breakfast is manic from 9am. Drinks are OK, and cocktails are premade from a machine not the best. Staff were all lovely. We had a great time.

The room and balcony were a good size. The pillows were very comfortable!Location was good. A short walk to the beach promenade and in easy walking distance to good restaurants.

We were all inclusive and the wine and cocktails were disappointing. The red wine came out of a tap and was cold and not very nice. The cocktails were pre made and very syrupy and didn’t taste as they should.

Very central, very clean, excellent food and great entertainment for children

Fantastic welcome at reception very easy efficient check-in. Room was ready early. Great location we could park the car and then walk everywhere. Breakfast was very good,clean tables and hard working staff. Big thank you to all the staff.

The room was large,clean and comfortable but slightly dated. Excellent shower.It was my husband's birthday so I had asked for a nice room with a view! Unfortunately this didn't happen! Looking over the disabled parking scooters and delivery entrance! Although we did have an outside terrace. However we were only there for a night.

Excellent position and facilities very clean and food was excellent. Only 3 floors so very quick to get lifts . Would highly recommend this hotel. Well done to all the staff work there.
