Super clean, relatively modern, excellent breakfast, lovely staff.

Poor sound insulation, bus station across the street, so you'll constantly hear beeping noises when busses are reversing as they leave.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Excellent location, very clean, delicious breakfast (+++ for the pancakes ?) and a super chill vibe since it’s adults only. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!”

We liked the view, also the outside lounge was very nice. Room was comfortable and cleaned very well every day. Food was really good overall, I would only suggest adding some more options on Asian food dinner on Mondays. The choice was very limited... Live music in the evening ppvery appreciated. At the reception also the staff was super helpful, especially Ioana. She was really nice, professional and helpful.

Everything, very very clean, staff was cleaning room every day, great location, near to the beach and local and bars for night out. Food was great, tasty, various. We had free parking which was very important for us. All recommendations!

Extremely clean hotel, excellent location. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff were all lovely.

Only one thing, there was a small leak in the air conditioner in our room which caused a small pool of water in the doorway.

Very clean, All staff were great especially the cleaners. Food was nice and plenty choice for breakfast. Plenty sun beds and rules so people can’t just put a towel on and keep them.

It's built on a Hill which isn't explained, most apartments don't get sun on the balcony,There was no one to meet us when we got.to the Hotel the security had to call the night manager added 25 minutes at 2am

The hotel is maybe the best I have stayed in All of Spain . The rooms were modern and stylish and well equipped , the food in the restaurant ( All-Inclusive) was some of the best hotel food I have had in Spain . The staff were all friendly and welcoming ( bar one ,see ? ) We had free access to the Gym which was sufficiently equipped to get a holiday workout in . The hotel is a 10/15 Saim Mall which has a large number of shops and cafes/ restaurants . There are other bars and restaurants near the hotel with a 10min to the beach also .

I witnessed One of the staff in the restaurant being abrupt with both visitors and staff a few times . Our room was at the top end of the hotel ( the hotel is situated on a hill, so by top I mean the top of the hill end ) which is located across from a bus station hub , which means we could hear buses coming and going ( reverse beeping noise) throughout the day and night . The pool area was very slippy at times and there were quite a few missing pool tiles in the shallow end of the pool . The hotel is located approximately a 30min walk from the main bars and restaurants of the Las Americas main strip. There was little choice of alcohol spirits at the bar , with only 4 local spirits in Non-Specific glass jars and premium cost named brand spirits, with a cocktail costing around €6/8 None of these reasons would stop me staying at this hotel again just maybe not at that end of the hotel .

The pool and outside areas were spectacular and so well done. Lots of different locations!

There was a staff member (Axel) who was continually unhelpful and rude.

Room size okay cleanliness was an issue found multiple cockroaches during our stay

Works ongoing with loud drills from 8 am onwards in the morning we was not told about this when booming

I loved the private swimming pool. I really appreciated birthday unexpected bottle of shampagne and cake. Gym was great and fitness instructor was nice.

Most of the staff felt like unhappy, maybe tired. I only remember a bartenders and room cleaner ladies being like honestly smiling and laughinlg. Nobody was impolite but it just felt like atmosphere at work is poor

The sea is visible from every balcony, in the room mini kitchen, ( refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, everything you need) iron, ironing board. The staff is on top, music in the evenings, on the 9th floor views of the neighborhood, sun beds and Jacuzzi. Everything you need for a vacation. Behind the hotel bus station, it does not interfere at all, but if you want you can get a bus for 3.5 euros for 20 minutes from the airport. Bravo, everything is super.

The food is monotonous, though good. No noise from the station - no noise because all rooms face the sea. Problems with the elevator is not, because all go on foot) Clean all the time, even called to remind that we put up a sign" do not disturb" and they want to clean) Long reception, but so happens when everyone wants to get all) In general, all good. Thank you!

Room was modern and clean. Close the beach and strips of bars and restaurants are in walking distance.

There was no entertainment or lively atmosphere at night. To have fun you’d have to find activities outside the hotel

Didn’t actually get to stay at this property.

They changed my booking 3 times in the week prior to it. I originally booked this one, then they changed it to another one, then it was back to this one, then a day before arrival they transfered us to a third one…It was of a similar standard in terms of stars, reviews etc. but still…not what I booked. And it was all very last minute.

Just amazing. Upgraded to a swim up room which was beautiful. So clean and great location

Super good food, very clean, not used furniture, 3,5 EUR for drinks for halfboard option.

Swimming pool a bit too small, too many drunk and very noisy turists from UK, even till 3 am.
