The breakfast was amazing

Some of the jets in the jacuzzi weren't working and a lot of sunbeds needed replaced

Only location was perfect everything was so close to hotel plus breakfast was lovely

When I first got there and went to check in, my mistake I booked through booking for one person so I had to add on my partner when I arrived. The hotel said it was an extra €900 to add my partner which I paid.. however they kept me in a room for 1 person. 1 toilet roll/ 1 towel/ 1 balcony chair etc and 2 single beds. I asked them why did they not put me in a bigger room considering I paid €2,450 in total and they said ”all rooms are the same“ even though we had a family member staying on the 3rd floor and it was just a couple for them too and they had a sofa bed etc in their room and they paid the same price. I had to ask for more toilet roll and a balcony chair, pictures below of the condition of room- nails in floor, cracks in walls, bathroom door handle broken, paint all over balcony. The pictures they advertise look nothing like what you are getting in reality. Staff very unhelpful too

The staff were super friendly and attentive. We had some roadworks throughout the day so the staff immediately upgraded us to a pool view room. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options

Great location, good facilities. Lovely breakfast spread. Nice pool area and excellent pool side bar/restaurant for lunches.

First room next to the lift meant you could hear each time the lift arrived. Hotel were excellent and changed rooms without any quibbles.

Location isn’t far from Center

Although there was the info that there is parking - there was none. You had to circle the streets around for 20 minutes to find a spot. My room wasn’t clean at all - I had a sock on the fire alarm, showers were full of hair! Breakfast had great variation but tastes terrible.Would not recommend for the money

Facilities were fine, breakfast was good.

Room was ok but a little tired. Pillows were useless and position of room was the worst I've experienced in any hotel. We were directly above building work with no view, noise from builders actually gave me a headache. Balcony was filthy and unusable.

I dident like being met with a machine to check in I was travelling with my brother asked for a double room with to bed when we arrived it was made up as one double bed Wi-Fi not working 90 per cent of the time breakfast excellent dinner not so much limited menu and food not good

I booked this stay as a treat upon holidays. The location and facilities were good, however I thought I will be able to use other pools too. The water in the heated pools was at good/ pleasant temperature. Breakfast had a variety of items- amazing breakfast :). Our room was upgraded as well, which was a nice surprise. The location is great and the facilities are good. I will definitely recommend it my friends and come to stay again :).

When other people possibly from the room above flushed the toilet, I could here the noise, it was a bit better with the toilet doors closed but still. Due to this I could not sleep too well.

The pool area was Lovley and breakfast was good.

There was a restaurant above our room so constantly dragging chair above us was absolutely ridiculous changed rooms but the room wasn’t as nice the staff was rude.Me and my partner both have sore backs from the beds as they were so hard the rooms have a horrid smell.The entertainment area is depressing to say the least this hotel needs modernising

Went to this hotel 2024 and fell in love with everything there..What is not to love about the vulcano..Enjoyed it so much went back in 2025 and will be back in 2026.I have also recommended this hotel to family members who will book with this hotel this year.

I deeply regret booking my stay at this hotel, which was advertised as 4-star but fell drastically short of expectations. For a total cost of €1600 (8 nights, including €400 for dinner), we expected a premium experience, but it was riddled with issues from start to finish.Food Quality:The breakfast and dinner were unacceptable. Fruits were old, dishes appeared reheated, the meat was chewy, and the coffee machine barely worked—delivering water instead of proper coffee. This is not the quality one expects from a 4-star hotel.Room Conditions:The first room we were given was uninhabitable—warped floors, a strong smell of water damage, and poor cleanliness. The second room, though slightly better, reeked of moisture/mold and wasn’t initially set up for a couple - the beds were on wheels and not set together, the brakes weren’t even on. One could say it was a ride. Cockroaches were spotted multiple times, including during packing, which added stress and fear of bringing pests home.Hotel Facilities:The lobby was unsafe during rain, with puddles forming on marble floors. My partner slipped and fell, thankfully avoiding serious injury. Warning signs were present but inadequate for the scale of the hazard. Other issues included towels with holes, a leaking shower cabin, and loud bar music that went on late into the night, making it impossible to sleep.False Promises and Service:The free taxi ride included in our booking was unavailable, costing us an extra €30. It is possible this might be Booking’s fault, not the hotel’s.Overall Experience:This hotel does not meet the basic standards of a 4-star establishment, and it completely ruined our holiday. Despite reporting issues to the hotel and booking platform, we received slow or no response, and any solutions offered were inadequate.Avoid this property if you’re looking for a relaxing, stress-free experience.

Beds comfortable. Seats available at the pool. Clean. Bright. Modern. Good breakfast. Good location.

I was on ground floor. Could hear noise from lounge. Entertainer and people talking laughing. It did stop though early.

Really friendly staff. Great facilities including the spa area

Sunbeds could do with updating, maybe to have sunbed cushions

The property is well situated and clean and modern

It is more like an old people’s home than a hotel - the clientele are all old with the odd exception of a couple of younger people

Room was tired with patched floor and kitchen above was noisy at night

Excellent food and waiter service.

Room cleanliness could have been better, unswept floor, most days!

Good location and nice room sizes

The WiFi always cut you off by the pool so annoying, the bed is two single beds pushed together when I specifically asked for a double bed and breakfast is a bit repetitive.

Breakfast was quite good.Location was excellent.

I didn't like the following:1. Staff were not smiling at all! They didn't behave badly, but their behaviour were not welcoming at all.2. There was nothing in the room for comfort or complementary support. Room was clean, but very basic. There was no water bottle from the 1st day. Even there was no tissue paper apart from the toilet rolls. Complementary tea and coffee were given in the 1st day. After that nothing.
