Vanilla Garden Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Vanilla Garden is a jewel of a hotel! The moment we stepped into the property we received a very friendly greeting from the Front Desk staff (René and Mario) plus a well-needed welcome drink as we had been traveling a long way from New York City. René was excellent at providing information about the property, the ammennities it provided as well as how to get around the town. Mario was also very helpful during his shifts and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculately kept and well situated in a quiet area of the town. The grouds of the hotel are amazing and the breakfast that was included was plentiful and delicious. Our stay couldn't have been better, but what really impressed us about Vanilla Garden was the staff and how attentive and friendly they were with all the guests. Building work happening next door which wasn’t aware off

The property was spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels & bedding. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts and lunch were excellent with a very good choice. We never had dinner but spoke to a few people who enjoyed the evening menu.Pool area and jacuzzi were very tidy and there was always spare sunbeds around the pool. Gym area well equipped.There is some building work next door and this is quite loud at times and also being close to the Veronica Strip the music is also quite loud at night although this can only be heard if you are in the balcony or garden areas of your room - once doors / windows closed it’s quiet.All in all a very good stay and good value for money - just a pity about the building work next door but not a fault of the hotel.

The overall experience was very good. Quiet area, not far from amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Usual problem with the buffet food, not hot enough. We did expect this - the same in any hotel. The speciality chef was a saviour, that food wash fresh and hot.

Chilled and peaceful, food was very good, sun lounges were fab, very clean hotel, great size room and great shower and bathroom

The way the tv comes on every time you walk into the room, the power went off at 6am for a few seconds one day and the tv come on.

The location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The buffet was good, there was a bit of construction in the hotel next door but we were not affected by the sound. Staff were very helpful.Room was spacious.

All members of staff were amazing. Couldn't have been better.

We knew about noise from the building site before we left, so that wasn't an issue. However, the Hotel Galla next door had deliveries at all times of day and night, which were very noisy. This is our only complaint.

Comfy safe clean wonderful professional staff and friendly. Massage therapist the best ? sorry I forgot his name. Tomorrow I will be back for the last few days of my vacation as I felt welcomed and I will come back in near future ? Thank you Vanilla staff ? Keep up the good work ? The breakfast is excellent and Rafa is an absolute gem. The place is very clean and the rooms are maintained every morning, with a nice touch panel to lock the door or put on do not disturb. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and spoke superb english.

The shower in our room was bipolar and was only really hot or really cold and the water pressure was poor. That being said when we reported this an engineer came within 10 mins to fix it. A lot of older people at this hotel...

The hotel was very clean and cosy.It’s very well maintained, the rooms are very spacious with lots of storageStaff are so helpful and always have a smile on their faces Would highly recommended if you want a quiet hotel but plenty of bars and restaurants very close by

We stayed just one night but really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Everything worked well and the staff are delightful - a special mention to the receptionist Mario, who could not have been more helpful and professional. Great location, food, staff and just about everything else.

Staff were so helpful Changing our room to accommodate my mum who uses a mobility scooter. So easy for people with limited mobility

Reduced sun early and late

The hotel is a little oasis from the madness out on the streets, staff are lovely food is good for buffett style.

The music around the pool was so annoying on repeat 5 Xmas songs ! The rest of the area is not great lots of mobility scooters not ridden by elderly or disabled it's like a scene from Benidorn. Not our cup of tea , basically Blackpool in the sun.

Lovely staff, good size bathroom

Beds far too soft, bathroom door handle extremly noisy (needed oiling) I did ask twice but it never happened and whenever the handle was operated it would wake the dead. Breakfast was extremley dissapointing, you had to queue for 10 minutes to get any kind of cooked egg ( you could get powdered scrambled with no queue) the bacon and sausage terrible. Breakfast was 2 star hotel at best. TV in room flickered whilst watcing it !

Peaceful adults only hotel. Nice garden theme surroundings. Clean and well equipped bedrooms with kettle, good TV, nice balcony. Comfy bed. I enjoyed the swimming pool - quite big and warm. Staff were all great - helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great every day and the staff worked so hard to keep it replenished well. We aSo had the dinner buffet one evening which was really good too.

Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room… although was good in reception

Staff was super nice especially Mrs. Maria on the reception and both chefs that are preparing meals, always smiling and at your service. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are lovely, Food is lovely, Staff are lovely, overall look of the property is just lovely and tended to very well. Location is perfect for us and the staff are very accommodating, asked to swap rooms as we preferred the room we stayed in previously and it was no problem for them at all. Will be back again hopefully for the 3rd time next year.

Maybe 1 or 2 of the sun beds could do with updating as a few rips but that’s just being picky, it didn’t bother me personally.
