Lovely and clean grounds and pool area all well kept and maintained. The apartment was large and nicely decorated. Very clean and well equipped.

Lovely apartment with all you need for your stay, clean, comfy beds, plenty of storage Air conditioning and ceiling fans.Very peaceful, plenty of beds by the pool which during our stay was very quiet! had it almost to ourselves most days.Fantastic location for beach walks, especially at sunset, the apartment is close to both the golden mile and Veronica strip and everything in between.Great communication from the host Guna with easy check in / out.

The smallest of gripes was that the balcony chairs were a tad uncomfortable but does not detract from the amazing time we had.

Fantastic location, Felt like it was a short walk to anything. The pool area was great for us, quiet and allways had available benches. The area was clean and neighbours were quiet. Guna was amazing and really went above and beyond making our stay as good as possible.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment during our holidays. Everything was spotlessly clean, quiet, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a 10-minute walk to both the beach and the Safari shopping centre, with supermarkets nearby too.The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a TV, cooking essentials, and a hairdryer. The swimming pool was a highlight—peaceful and relaxing, and open until 20:00, which was perfect for unwinding in the evening.Guna was extremely kind and always available if we needed anything.We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back!

Very very clean, beds were comfortable and lots of draws/ wardrobe space Bathroom well equipped Kitchen and dining area big with everything you need such as kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a washing machine Balcony big and in shaded part of the building Gardens and pool area very nice and well kept Secure gates to get to apartments and pool area Guna accommodated early check in and late check out that made things much more enjoyable Location is a short walk to golden mile

The location is perfect, the apartment was spotlessly clean and the pool area had plenty of sun loungers available. The complex is also very secure with the key fob or fob required to access the complex from the street and also to access the pool area.

Although we were given 2 sets of keys for the apartment, only one set had the key fob required to open the access gates to the complex and the pool area, it’s slightly restrictive and would be much better if both sets of keys had the key fob attached.

Superb location ideally suited for the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport links.

Slightly cramped bedroom and would benefit from an information book in the apartment.

It's easier to write what I didn't like. I couldn't recommend the Optimist because quite frankly I wouldn't go there again.

Poor communicationKey collection was very unsatisfactoryArrived on late flight and had to negotiate key collection via a poor and unclear video message. Would have expected at least a bottle of water as shops all closed. Apartment was basic. Two single beds pushed together but with single sheets. Bedroom facing street so noise at night. An uncomfortable couch, no cushions, basic crockery missing. No egg cups, no ice trays, no cushions for outdoor plastic chairs. No sun on terrace at any time of day consequently the apartment was dark all the time. No coffee table. Couldn't dry clothes as there was no sun on terrace. No option to changeHousekeeping every 4 days. Place was clean. Smell in bathroom. I like to sit out on terrace but it just wasn't possible. We stayed out of apartment as long as possible because it was a depressive dark space. It felt like a very clinical stay... No reception area, nobody available to check in with, provide information on areaOverall, a very poor experience.

The hotel is in short walking distance from most of the services I needed but not in a crowded or noisy area . The room was very clean , the bed very comfy and Guna is very helpful .Perfect for me and I will definitely be staying there again .

No sun at all on our balcony so apartment dark. Steep steps up to apartment to get cases up and down. My husband is elderly and not in good health. Lack of English channels on TV. My husband likes to relax in evening and watch TV due to his health

The location is excellent, situated perfectly between Las Americas, Los Cristianos, and Costa Adeje. The apartment complex is quiet, secure, and includes a pool and private parking, which adds to the convenience and comfort of the stay.The host, Guna, was very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. The apartment is well-suited for both holidays and remote work, offering a great balance of relaxation and functionality. One standout feature is the air conditioning—a fantastic bonus that’s not common in many apartments in Tenerife.

While the apartment is tidy, it has an early 2000s vibe, and some areas could use a refresh/repais to feel more modern.The Wi-Fi is extremely slow in the evenings, which seems to be a broader issue affecting the entire Optimist complex, not just this apartment.There’s a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom, particularly if you close the windows to avoid the Calima.
