Perfect beachfront location on the first line.Excellent beach with a gentle, sandy entrance into the ocean — ideal even with children.Exceptionally professional, attentive and friendly staff.Very good breakfast with solid quality and variety.

The room was in a disastrous condition. It looked neglected and worn out beyond acceptable standards and clearly should have been fully renovated many years ago.All furniture and finishes are extremely outdated, none of the doors closed properly, and the apartment is covered with visible traces of endless patchwork repairs — filler, silicone, mismatched paint.The overall state of the room was unacceptable and completely inconsistent with the hotel’s public areas, location and price level.

Huge seafront 2 bedroom apartment, great views, nice helpful staff, plenty of sun-beds, superb location.

Food wasn't very hot and not labelled - seemed to be skimping a bit quality wise but plenty of choice. Location noisy at night.

They said the had wifi. I don’t want to argue or have trouble with wifi because I need wifi to work from the room. Basically we had wifi in the bedroom, bathroom and corridor but no wifi in living room, dinning room kitchen and balcony. This is not serious. It kept disconnecting.2/3 elevator worked.Received wrong information from staff to use bus and tours.I must admit intentions were there but information were wrong 2/3.They have 2 jacuzzi but the water is COLD.!!!!They have a ping pong table but they have no taquets available?!!!

The breakfast starts a little bit late - 8.00 and that made me skip it twice. They prepapared the picknick staff but t was not thesame. And I had cleaning in the room only once.

The location is perfect. The beach near is perfect. In the morning I sat at the balcony and heard ocean waves. It was my retreat. The breakfast was fantastic. I really enjoyed all days of stay. The staff is friendly. They supported me in my Spanish language training:)) Big thanks to the cleaning lady at 4th floor. The room was clean. Yes, the hotel is not modern. However, just check the prices, reviews at that location and decide. For my budget this was perfect choice. The facilities (shop in the lobby and around) are great and convenient.Hasta luego!

The kids swimming pool was cold. I've chosen the hotel as it is written about the heated pool.Thus, I take 2 points off.

There was lots on the property it has its own small shopping center, Rooms were good, Plenty of restaurants around. Always something happening at the pool. Only 5 euro taxi to playa las Americas.

The music at the pool was ridiculously high. It is fine when youre down drinking by the pool but you can hear absolutely everything from your room from 11am-7pm. Don't know whether its to drown out the building work going on.

First line on the beach. Paid parking behind the hotel - 15 eur/day.

Rooms: The smell of humidity on the room. Very outdated look - back to 1990 year. Green dots in many places - mold? Very old furniture - you sit in the sofa - it splits apart under your weight. Unprofessionally fixed broken things. Toilet is placed 13 cm from the wall - you will sit and touch the paper roll; if you have big butt - practice in sitting diagonally on the toilet. Cleaned only once in the week. You have to walk several times a day hundreds meters in corridor catacombs to reach your room and back because hotel geometry is a snake and stairs/lift is only on one side.Balcony: nothing special - you see the pool and backarea of other hotel - no sea view on our 2th floor - maybe ask for 5+ floor for view. Constant motor sound comes from huge ventilator from the top of other hotel - not suitable to sit-relax in the evening-night on the balcony. if you sleep bad - you will not able to sleep well - take ear plugs. Also you will be waked up at 7AM by the sound of 100 bottles throwed into garbage box somewhere outside.Breakfast - too small breakfast room - you have to eat under the shining sun when 30°C is outside and next to the pool while other guests splash in the pool. Same food every day. No food variety - instead of walking once and choosing what you will eat today - people strolling several rounds deciding what is edible and what is not. Shortage of clean plates, forks. Cappuccino tastes just like kids cacao powder.Pool area: very overcrowded, very loud music. It is next to back area of another hotel - trash car comes there and disgusting smell comes from there. People throw their towels on sun loungers and disappear - you have to find far standing lounger or even in the shadow while more than half actually not occupied. Pneumatic hammer sound of some renovation around will not allow you to relax.So, basically you forced to spend all the time outside of the hotel.

Dirty, AC is not sufficient in the room and is non existent in the gym. It advertises that you have amenities like a pool table and ping pong table BUT they charge you money to use them. So they aren’t amenities. The gym has no ac at all so it’s impossible to workout in there. The cleaning personnel for the rooms are very very poor. It’s very dirty. The whole place is in major need of proper maintenance not to mention that the entire place needs to be renovated but just having it maintained properly and cleaned properly would go a long way!! They charge for a pool towel and charge you each time if you want a clean one. So bring your own. The pool alcoholic beverages are $9 so be sure to leave the property to go to one of the many beachside restaurants and bars for $6 drinks WITH an ocean view and breeze!I travel frequently and this is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed for way more than a couple reasons. If you want to listen to drunk people argue in the hallway at 3am, have ac that doesn’t cool the room, have a dirty outdated room, and pay for pool towels and games, be sure to book this place!

Awesome value for money, excellent location, spacious room (dated but clean) with a lovely view, everything you could need (shops, bar, snacky food), great atmosphere by the pool during the day with something going on every day, we loved it. Great bars and restaurants right outside.

Nothing: I think the reviews are unfair, you’re not going to get a 5 star palace for that price, its amazing value for money and we would definitely return ?✌?

The staff is very friendly but the entertaining staff is overall.You feel like a family with the other guests because the crew are fantastic.Good really good variety, taste and all looks very clean.

The rooms are old and a little smelling but the good thing is the beds are comfortable and the air conditioners are old too but work properly.

The staff in the hotel were excellent. Always willing to help, and constantly checking if everything was okay and up to standards.The hotel has a great location. You also have everything you need in the lobby from convenience stores, souvenir shops, barber shop, gym, tobacco shop, pharmacy you name it. If you are tired you don't even have to leave the hotel to get everything you may need. They also gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine for my friend's birthday, which is really appreciated.

The AC system in the rooms is really outdated. Even at the lowest setting when it's turned on it gets extremely cold. It also keeps turning off and on on it's own which can wake you up at night if you are a light sleeper like me.The beds were not terrible, but they were really hard. I actually prefer them like that, but I know most people don't so I thought I should mention that.The hotel also seems to be popular with the young UK groups, which like to scream late in the night and wake you up when they are getting home drunk. But that is hardly the hotel's fault.
