Friendly staff. Great location. Good restaurants. Great facilities.

Some construction work nearby was slightly noisy. Wardrobe light not working. Room service food could be better.

this is the nicest hotel that we have stayed in after numerous trips to tenerife...generally speaking when you see star ratings on hotels in europe they are at least one level over rated compared to star levels in the usa....this is accurately rated

it was very quiet. could use a little more activity..the fitness center needs a complete overhaul

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Beautiful accommodations, with the perfect location! Breakfast was wonderful, the selections were top notch and plentiful!

Everything was amazing, the venue, the Michelin buffet, the pool, gym and outdoor bar.The staff were lovely and very accommodating, covered a range of languages and helped with restaurant recommendations and arranging travel to and from the airport. This was a gift for my girlfriend and she loved every day so very happy with Europe Villa Cortes and would stay again.

Breakfast was good, pools were nice, overall very nice experience.

Maybe a little bit better english for pool bartender would be nice.

The hotel features truly luxurious interiors, both in the rooms and throughout the entire property. The design is stunning and very Instagram-worthy — you can easily spend hours just walking around and enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, cozy, and finished to a very high standard, with excellent quality in every detail. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring; any request or need was handled quickly and thoroughly. A large and convenient safe was also a nice touch.The food was exceptional. We chose the half-board option, and everything we ordered was delicious. The chef’s breakfast dishes were outstanding and truly felt like fine dining.The valet parking service turned out to be extremely convenient. At first, it seemed a bit expensive, but it actually saves a lot of time and effort. The car is brought and taken whenever needed, and parking nearby would be quite difficult and time-consuming. At €15 per day, it is absolutely worth it.

There were very few downsides or areas for improvement. The room was a bit dark due to heavy curtains that couldn’t be adjusted. The bathroom ventilation was weak, and there was no ventilation in the toilet. The hairdryer was also quite old and worn out.

Breakfast, one of the very best. We had a suite, so large rooms and exterior waiting area. The hotels location, reception area, front desk staff (excellent), some beautiful features, Overall, the place is very nice.

only 2 issues with room assigned. First, the balcony is narrow (2 chair, table and umbrella). Tight fit getting past furniture (and we aren't oversize people) Our balcony was facing ocean and 2nd or 3rd flood. Could see there were larger balconies.Some of the more modern 4* and 5* hotels have numerous electronic outlets. Realize this hotel was built before all the fancy electronics we carry today. So, updating could be a significant cost. Bring a outlet splitter?

breakfast - although it would be nice to have a properly made coffee available.What is presented is from a small machine and it doesn't meet the high standards of the rest of the breakfast and service

the poolside arrrangments - inspite of a sign clearly asking not to hold sun beds if not being actually used, every morning from about 630 am the same people reserved the same seats whilst not being there until much later in the day. Some days we and others could find no where to sit in the sun. I remember this from last time we came.I really think the management need to enforce the ' rules'. It spoils the enjoyment and atmosphere of the pool side area.

My family and myself we have enjoyed our stay! Special thanks as well to the administration team for allowing me using their meeting room for my online training that I needed to provide.

Relaxed quiet pool and terrace areas. Great breakfasts. Central location.

The hotel was a little dark in places, net curtains in breakfast room not really necessary. Music around pool would have given more atmosphere.

Loved the decor and the staff were exceptional especially when we got sick.

Huge hotel with beautiful detail and beautiful furniture . So many restaurants and bars to try . Lovely pool complex . Location is fantastic . Great breakfast !

No bottles of drinking water supplied after the first day . It would be nice if this was complimentary every day .Two in mini fridge but not topped up when used . ( not complimentary). This was disappointing .

No food available after 9pm. No room service after 9pm.

The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of food. The Michelin star restaurant on site is fantastic. The pool is large and warm.

The bathroom flooded because the drain didn't work properly. The room was incredibly hot when we checked in and took hours to cool (the air con was left off at 32 degrees the room was awful). We weren't able to enjoy our evening in the balcony due to repair works banging all evening. We asked for a bed for our seven year old and we're given a cot for a baby. Nobody showed us how to get to any of the facilities on site. I asked Amy parking before hand and was asked to pay extra for this when we arrived. Overall it was a fairly stuffy place with a lot of problems and we paid an awful lot of money for it so it was hugely disappointing.

Omelette is amazing. Good choice of mear, cheese , fresh fruits and bakery

Breakfast was extraordinary both in selection and quality. The hotel is amazing, pool area is excellent, especially for adults. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful at all times.
