Lovely apartment, no kettle! Shower was brill, beds comfortable. Good choice at breakfast.

Cockroaches all over the bedrooms, management said yes it’s Tenerife and they have a problem with them, not what we expected to hear

Breakfast was good the only thing I would say I had to put food in the microwave as I love my food really hot .i was more than happy as microwave was available

For my teenage son he was looking to play pool and they put the queues away at 10pm and would not give out chalk .Just a wee minor thingWe still had a fabulous time

Entertainment team were fantastic and an amazing filled programme for the kids. Kept them busy and entertained and out of the sunshine if it got too warm. My kids especially loved the cookie making and T-shirt painting. Also loved the water aerobics every day in the pool with the instructors. Loved the fact the cleaners came each day to the room the place was spotless and very well maintained. Had an amazing stay here.

The bar staff didn’t seem happy ? always found to be grumpy or moody when asking for any drink.

My fiancé and I stayed here in late December for the first time. It was a brilliant place to stay - the rooms were to a high standard and very modern, and the overall grounds and facilities were beautiful. We would definitely stay here againThe buffet breakfast each morning was also excellent and a huge selection was on offer. Not sure how anyone could be disappointed with it.The location is brilliant. We heard no noise any night we stayed here, and yet we were only a few minutes away from bars and restaurantsAlso for anyone thinking of traveling - The number 40 bus from Tenerife South Airport goes every 30 minutes and drops you at “Columbus” station which is five minutes walk away. The fare is €3, you can pay by contactless, and this is a huge cost saving compared to taxi (€40+)

right location beside most things. walking distance from the beech.food was first class and lots of it . Staff lovely and friendly and very helpful if needed.pool area was always neat and tidy and lots of interment .

The stairs as you interred the building were a pain some times .The night shows did finish a little to early .The over all view was that it could do with looking at the acess to some of the houses as poor steps and hills just outside the door.

Everything was fantastic.The resort was safe,spacious,very clean and had everything we needed.The staff on the resort were amazing from the moment we arrived.Mini disco and entertainment for the kids and excellent choices for food.Bungalows are well equipped for your stay.We had 2 small problems with our bungalow and the issues were rectified within an.hour.Location is excellent also with shops on your doorstep.looking forward to returning in 2025

Animation for the kids was a bit disappointing. Most likely because it was low season but there was a program in place. Especially if there are limited kids you could expect even more 1-1 attention.

Located in a good place. Tha staff was very nice. The bungalow was cleaned and the beds quite confortables. The swimming pool ok. The quality of the food is ok.

The kitchen of the bungalow was very old and broken. The food is more "english" than spanish, and not very different, every day the same more or less. Even if you have the all inclusive, you can only drink very few cocktails with cheaper alcohol brands.

Private oasis in the busy town centre.It was my birthday weekend and it was a lovely gesture from staff to leave a birthday card in the room.:)

A renovation would be good for the bungalows, the doors and furniture are worn. Ants in the room:(Parking is not easy since the hotel is located in a very busy area.

Location is very good and nice and helpful staff. First night was not what expected but we were moved to better rooms, very good. All in all a very nice stay.

Nothing to complain about after we were relocated.

Rooms were very good however we were out next to the kitchen and had noise from 3am but didn’t ask to move with it only being 4 nights. Pool was chilly when it wasn’t very warm weather. Food basic but enough choice for the price we paid.

Entertainment low quality and finished early, good for families with young children that go to bed early, good location for those that prefer to go out. All inclusive good if you get a deal price for basics, otherwise lots of restaurants and bars on door step.

Central location to all bars, restaurants, attractions and main shopping area also not far from airport.The property was clean and staff friendly. We stayed in a bungalow which was located directly opposite the kids pools (so handy). There was plenty to do on site for kids including kids club , activities and entertainment each evening.

The location is very good and also that the area is closed with fence all around. The breakfast is always excellent both for kids and adults. We also enjoyed the Gala dinner on Christmas day. And the animation in the evenings was great. We want to come again and again to HD Parque Cristobal!

Good location

Initially booked the hotel for a price of £1336.87 on booking.com, we turned up to the hotel to be charged £1505 for our stay. Absolute con, considering the only extra cost we paid was for the 18 euro safe, which clearly does not reflect the total end price for our stay. Would not recommend staying here for this reason alone, and would not trust the price you have initially booked this hotel for. Be careful to check that the price is fixed and is not an approximate price based on the euro exchange rate. Please be careful and be prepared to be overcharged and do not trust the initial price you have booked this for on booking.com

Ordered pizza (tuna)from the hotel & it was horrible. Sofa-bed was ripped.

Great location, lovely bungalows with plenty of space inside and out.

Around pool areas very slippery

The apartments were very spacious and quaint looking. Lots of activities for families. Breakfast was really good. Big selection.

Great stuff, a lot of things to do inside the hotel's campus, spacious bungalows.Clean and nice!Proximity to city center, maybe a 10min walk.

Food was only OK, nothing special.Barhroom design is stupid as hell: open showering space and you get the whole bathroom flooded after each shower
