- Overall, the stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable and suitable for families. Breakfast was still okay, with enough choices to start the day, and the pool was also fine, especially for children.
- Nice resort, good breakfast buffet. There are many stairs you’ll have to climb but we didn’t mind them. It was a good daily exercise. This resort is family-oriented, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, it’s not the right place.
- There was initial doubts by selecting hotel as such remote location from the main tourist areas, however they was wrong. If you want - you can reach Los Cristianos walking down the hill (25 minutes).Room was very spacious (throughout 2 floors), with plenty of sunlight during daytime. Every room is equipped with AC. Our apartment was fully equipped with all kitchen items and large size refrigerator so you can prepare your own meal if you want.Hotel contains multiple swimming pools for kids of any age as well as mini water park.. Most of apartments are separated from main activity areas so it's no noise inside the room (especially in the evening).Restaurant food is very good, with multiple selections for everyone taste with free drinks included. Hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. There is spacy underground car parking 95Eur a week, so you can park your car without headache.Hotel has very good access if you are traveling with a car, reachable within few minutes from the highway TF-1. This is is advantage, as hotels in tourist popular areas sits in constant traffic jam. There is a mini-market inside the hotel for basic groceries it's convenient if you organize food by your self.Overall hotel is family oriented and is good selection for it's price.
Cons -
- Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not pleasant. When we checked in on January 9, 2026, around 4:00 PM, one of the staff members at the information counter was very unfriendly and came across as arrogant. This created a negative first impression of the resort, especially in terms of customer service. I truly hope the management will address this and provide additional customer service training, as first impressions matter greatly to guests. That said, I would like to emphasize that not all staff were like this—many other employees were professional, polite, and friendly throughout our stay.
- Rooms need slight refresh, but overall is fully OK.Depending on your apartment, if you are located on the ground floor you will not have nice view into the Ocean or down the hill, but it's minor issue. There was no regular curtains on the main room by design (only small ones on the sides) so some improvisation needed to solve it.Everyone puts their towels on the sunbeds around the swiming pools early in the morning and keeps them throughout the day when they leave in afternoon.
- Walls/doors inside the apartments are not very sound-proof, you hear quite a lot around you. When the sun goes down, some cockroaches go out in the streets of the resort. Not that many, but you will see them. There is not many drinks to choose from when you have all-inclusive, and the quality of them is so so - they are pre-mixed. There are no minibars in the room - you have to buy small items either from vending machines or the mini-market. Housekeeping - firstly, you need to have the "please, clean our room" sign on the door for a long time and be away from the apartment for the housekeeping to actually clean your room. This might have been due to the placement of our apartment within the resort, however, that is not my concern as a guest. Overall, the housekeeping seemed slower, or maybe rather understaffed compared to other resorts. Secondly, the housekeeping is doing only a so so job of actually cleaning up the apartments - we had hair on the bathroom floor for the entirety of our stay for example.

The resort is very well equipped to entertain kids - many pools, kids aquapark, arcade room, rich animation program. Resort itself and its immediate vicinity are very pretty. The staff are very nice, many of them are downright lovely, behaving very warmly towards kids, which is necessary in a family resort. Plentiful food to choose from. Overall, this is a very nice family resort, we plan on coming here again. While the drawbacks I write below seem plenty, they were not that major to noticeably hinder the enjoyment of our stay.

Food was excellent Facilities and entertainment were excellent Pools were warm
Location not near anything
The rooms were great. The Coffee is good. Free water refills
The pool is usually too busy, sun beds all squashed together.
Rooms and resort were very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. There was no noise much after 11pm which was surprising given some of the enthusiasm of the guests…
The hotel itself is dated, tired and in need of a complete refurbishment it’s very 1970’s which will appeal to some. Rooms are basic (think allocation on arrival pine furniture, stone floors throughout and no window's/ventilation in the bathroom). Breakfast was basic, limited and formulaic. Expect the usual Roy’s Rolls-type food, but with none of the taste. It felt as though the Reception staff are on loan from the local Detention Centre / Prison. They demonstrated all of the care, service and hospitality of a booking-in Sargent at Wandsworth Prison (so I’m told!). Pool was medium size and adequate, although did get a little rowdy when the Family Mafia groups of 10/12/18 descended (with beers) into the pool. And the Hotel is on a huge hill. If you can not walk any kind of gradient / hill do not book here! There are a lot of benches around which are frequented by those resting before they set-off on multiple stops to climb to their room.
Very clean, tidy, sufficient facilities. Heated pools, great food and friendly staff.
Only two things: Check in times were excessive. Filling in forms, which could have been done online in advance, simply by sending a form via email. Missing a safe in the room and charging for one at reception.
Nice ambience /accommodation
The steps, it’s location 30 mins walk from Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas.
Heated pools are great, on site shop is very well stocked and reasonably priced. Bed rooms are great, probably the most comfy bed I've slept in a hotel
Location (whilst is known) means you are a long way from anything. Pools are small, evening entertainment is very poor and size of restaurant is too small for the number of guests
Fabulous 4 night break with the girls . Apartment was lovely and spacious. All inclusive option great value and loads of choices at meal times . A 20 minute walk away from the main strip and the beaches . Really lovely break away and close to the airport with a 20 minute taxi . Will be back . Thank you
Renting the car from other company than offered through reception lead to offer to park elsewhere, somewhere on the street. While having own parking. Food is bland and repetitive. Otherwise staff is helpful and trying its best.
Would say it’s more 3 star than 4. Our power tripped 3 times in our room during our stay. Staff took 25 mins to come the first time and just told us how to reset it ourselves. Rooms was nice but had over 50 steps to get there.
The pool is heated, so even at the start of March you can have a relaxing swim. There is a large variety and tasty food at the included meals. You can find a store in the resort if you want to buy sweets, drinks, alcohol or food.
Good swimming pools, one large for adults and one small for babies and nice aqua park for kids.
Way too many stairs everywhere, trying to get to our apartment was like climbing a mountain and inside apartment also very steep stairs, all apartments are two floor based with very long narrow stairs very dangerous for small kids. Poor WiFi. Poor electricity supply with electricity not working for some time on daily basis. Poor food and drink variety and fresh vegetables and fruits were not fresh at all. The daily entertainment was very limited with evening shows starting very late on a very small stage outside, and the shows were very short and not satisfactory. Trying to get around the premises was very difficult with a small child and push chair because of the so many stairs, not suitable for small children or elderly people.
I liked the pool and the solarium so that we could sunbathe without others around. It was very clean and beds were made every day which was lovely.
I didn’t realise until the last day that there was icecream at the taste bar (I saw it pop up on the screen as I was leaving) so was a little sad that I missed out on that
Room was a bit tired and soundproofing non existent, but otherwise it was a great vacation. Pools and food were good.
Nice atmosphere, decent food (all-inclusive), good entertainments for small kids
Very unstable wifi, old TV, late breakfast (starts at 8 AM), limited gym (available until 8 PM)
The rooms, the view, the facilities
The reception staff could be a bit more smilier!
Easy walk into Los Cristianos or Las AmericasClean rooms great shower. Cleaners are fantastic.Plenty of sunbeds. Supermarket handy and well priced. Air-conditioning was great.
Charged twice for drinks at the bar upon checkout, be wary, expensive at the bar so only visited once.Paper thin walls, can hear everything from conversations, children crying etc making sleep difficult
