    • Almost everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. Staff is phenomenal, the hotel is clean and the daily housekeeping really makes a difference. It's a nice atmosphere, very good crowd and unbeatable location. Will be coming back here for sure!
    • Overpriced for what you get. The rooms we got were dated and did mot suffice for our family e.g. there was a foldaway be
    • Right on the beach, free parking and good breakfast. Not forget to mention the staff is very friendly. The beach front rooms must have breathtaking view (I assume coz I had only partial view by my choice)

    Cons -

    • After paying more than 1200€, for using anything they asked for money.its a sham. For example I was interested to go to the gym l paid 6€ for each day, for having mineral water or Ice for my whiskey they asked 3€. Even for weighing my luggage I paid 1 euro ??.
    • Beds could be comfier!
    • The bedrooms were dated and not what we had originally booked for.

Old, chipped minipool on balcony (no jacuzzi or hot tub, it's extremely cold. The furniture is very tired, chipped. No soundproofing at all, hard to sleep till midnight the music is actually louder than the rooms own TV, so it's not for people who don't like to listen in hourly rotation the "Mambo nr5", "Macarena" and so on. Unfortunately we faced problem with check-in too. The previously agreed check-in time was pushed by 1,5 hour so we missed a reservation and we lost the money on it (we won't go without shower and proper fresh up after 7h travel time).

This is a huge hotel, all columns, statues and fountains, it is impressive. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make it a comfortable stay. Overall the hotel was clean. The room was hit and miss, bed was large and comfy, large fluffy towels in the bathroom, no kettle or ironing board but when we asked they were supplied immediately, the issue was the balcony which looked out onto the back entrance of the hard rock cafe, when youre on holidays you do not want to see staff having their breaks or hear shouting in the kitchens....im really sorry i didn't complain at the time but upon arrival the receptionist told us the hotel was fully booked so i thought they wouldn't be able to move us. Soundproofing in the room at night was good though. We had no problem getting a spot next to the pool, people start putting towels on chairs from about 8am on, also breakfast was good, lots of choice but i would recommend going before 8.30 to avoid crowds. The poolside bar and the main bar did offer good drinks at very good prices and every night there was a singer in the main bar. The jewel in the crown of this hotel is the location, a beach out front and you are on top of every restaurant, shop and bar.

I know it sounds a little silly but all the statues and there was alot of them were of nude females, looking out our balcony i was greeted every day with dozens of them, a picture in our room had a topless women, this hotel im sure was built years ago but in the currrent climate it got a little annoying and something for future builds to take into account. We had lunch at the bar pool one day and it was over priced and basic. The keycard for the back door never seemed to work.

Renovation seemed to be going on , woken 3 mornings in a row with skips being delivered and dragged about directly under my window. The place is a bit tatty , when it rained there were wet spots on the ceiling in the hallways.

Been woken up by truck delivering waste skips The beds were very old and very uncomfortable

Location is excellent. Hotel is so clean and well maintained. Pool area is quiet and relaxing and spotlessly clean. Pool itself is a lovely size. Breakfast was excellent with lovely outside seating by the pool. Beach front hotel was main attraction for us such easy access to the beach.

The hotel is luxurious, or at least was the intention when it was built. However, it seems to have been stuck in time. The furniture in the room seems old, whereas well preserved and clean, I think it's fair to say that it's a bit overpriced for what it delivers. The one true feature is being a few meters from the ocean. Breakfast (the only meal you get on this part of the complex) was great. My wife and I enjoyed the food. All in all, we had a great experience but wouldn't come back at that price point..

    Nothing bad to say here

Excellent central location , close to beach and restaurants . Very good value for money

Facilities very good but rooms could do with a refresh .

    Everything…staff, location, breakfast

I wish it offered more amenities instead of having to pay and go to the Mediterranean

Great location. Awesome breakfast. Friendly staff.

Pools aren’t heated. Facilities are old and outdated. Everything needs a refresh.

The location was just amazing, so central to everything from restaurants, bars, shops, Siam Park not too far and the airport too! The staff were absolutely exceptional!! They were so friendly and did anything they could for us to make it a more enjoyable stay! The facilities were great too!

The rooms were a little outdated and 2 sockets in our room didn’t work :(

    Location

Room with plunge pool was poor and very expensive for what it was

    10AnnaPosted on: 4-26-2025

Location was by the sea & on thepromenade. Close to restaurants, bars & shops. Lovely pool & acqua aerobics was great. Breakfast fit for royalty.

Price a bit high for me.

Fabulous choice at breakfast & even Cava! Live pianist was a lovely start to the day

    2ElhamPosted on: 4-10-2025

Our ceiling leaked water and all of our belongings got wet, we informed them but it happened again and that was two nights out of 3 nights of our stay. They had to move us at midnight to another room and it was not convenient. The room was close to hard rock and it was very loud.

    9ÁsaPosted on: 4-10-2025

The bed was very big with lots of pillows that we loved. Nice poolview balcony. Breakfest was very nice and a lot to choose from!

The furnitures in the room are kind a old but we did not care.

    5ClairePosted on: 4-9-2025

The property is in a great lowercase and it's very old-fashioned. It needs updating. The Bathrooms were full of grime.

    10VitaliyaPosted on: 4-5-2025

I recently returned to this hotel and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything you need. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome—especially Cesar, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
