Pros +
- I would like to say a big thank you, to all the staff, who works in this hospital, As soon as you walked in the hotel. They make you feel welcome, with a glass of bubbly at check in. The food is great. The pool is fantastic, and all the entertainment from all the pool staff is superb. The room is lovely and clean with lovely comfortable beds. The evening entertainment is superb too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
- Lovely room, very clean and comfortable.
- Breakfast was lovely and chef David was brilliant and waiter Emil was so helpful hotel it self was unreal all staff are so friendly and helpful
Cons -
- We loved everything, nothing bad to say
- A little way from the sea.
- Disappointing Stay That Fell Short of ExpectationsI had high hopes for this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. To start with the positives—the location was definitely one of the better aspects. It’s conveniently situated near the Golden Mile, and both Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje are just a short, pleasant walk along the promenade. Ideal for exploring the area on foot. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel looks impressive in photos, but the reality doesn't quite match. While the lobby is well-presented, the hallways and corridors to the rooms were dark, dated, and lacked any sort of atmosphere, which really detracted from the overall feel of the place.Food-wise, there appeared to be a wide variety of options, but the quality was just okay. There were very few fresh choices, with a noticeable reliance on processed items. We also had to request fresh bed sheets to feel comfortable in our room, which isn’t something you should have to do at this level of hotel.Service was another letdown. The check-in staff weren’t particularly welcoming or informative—essentially pointing us to the screen in our room for all the details rather than providing any kind of personal touch. One of the biggest disappointments was the entertainment. The hotel advertises a schedule of evening events, but they didn’t always happen. For example, we were looking forward to a rooftop DJ night that was supposed to take place—but it never did, and there was no alternative offered. This happened early in the week and really put us off spending our evenings at the hotel. In the end, while the location was a definite advantage, the lack of attention to detail, atmosphere, and service made the stay fall flat. It felt like a case of style over substance, and I left feeling quite let down, especially given the recommendation.

The breakfast and dinner do the job well, room is well cleaned and the location is great. Unfortunately the service is very hit and miss. While some members off staff are great, others are really poor. Had to haggle to borrow a generic blue pen at reception for example, had people complain about taking our drink order at the table even tho it’s obligatory table service etc.The worst thing about the stay was, unfortunately, the broken air con. We booked 4 roomsIn total, and one of the upper category room’s air conditioning simply didn’t work, meaning the room was quite hot to sleep in which affected sleep substantially. Also, the closes quite early - around 7pm even though sun down is quite some time after that. I’ve travelled quite a bit and am more accustomed to pools either closing at sundown or significantly later in the evening, which I feel would allow people to enjoy the resort even more.
We enjoyed our stay in the romantic room. The roof terrace was very nice and easy to book via reception. The food was good and staff very friendly. The use of the exclusive lounge for drinks and snacks was a perfect addition to our holiday.
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and in a great location - close to the ocean, the city center, and many shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, especially the Hotel manager Mr.Javier, who spends a lot of time with guests and makes sure everyone is comfortable. The breakfast and dinners are excellent, with a wide variety of food for every taste. The restaurant staff is also very kind, especially Ms.Lucie from the Philippines, who always welcomed us warmly.
Unfortunately, the hotel has poor soundproofing, so at night, you might hear drunk guests returning to their rooms or even renovation noise from a next room. This is probably the only downside, but the staff tried to resolve the issue when we reported it.
It was modern clean safe and the staff were very helpful and pleasant
Could do with a few more sunbeds
Clean, modern, great staff
The food was incredible. Everything you could wish for. Staff were brilliant. Activities were amazing - special mention to Debbie and Melissa on the entertainment team. Very clean.
We mentioned we had got engaged here in the late 80s thinking they may have acknowledged it with a complimentary bottle of wine but absolutely nothing. One working lift which wasn’t enough for the size of apartments.
Cafe del mar vibe , lovely music . Very clean and comfortable. Most of the live music was excellent for a hotel . Food generally very good for a large hotel
No shade on roof top loungers. Sometimes queuing for food as chefs in serving areas were over stretched, trying to cover too many things at once . Not keen at all on the idea of vip areas at extra cost . Not happy about paying daily for a safe . This is not on for a fairly expensive 4 star hotel .
Menu at restaurant, big thanks to chef David.Entertainment 10 out of 10.Private parkingVery friendly stuff
Rooms has some minor flaws. Conditioner not working according to room temp (only cold air). Minor issues with elevator and bathroom (weak toilet and leaking shower glass)
Staff and top floor pool area
Our room had an terrible view and we had visitors every night cock roches
Room + foodPool
Great hotel, staff are lovely, food is good and excellent location, have booked again.
Loved the breakfast … food was excellent … very little tinned fruit which was great … very fresh and clean
Sun bed situation was very annoying … we stayed 12 days and never once got a free bed by the pool … we ended up only sunbathing after 3 as beds became available then
Spacious room with balcony. Comfortable bed. Not much noise from the street. Tasty food - fresh & great choices. Lovely pool and sun loungers - quiet & relaxing. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Yoga classes every second day. Beautiful rooftop pool - some extra charge.
Low water pressure in the toilet
Everything ! Location is perfect . Easy to walk to beach , shops , restaurants & bars . Beautiful hotel , very clean , stylish decor .
I liked the activities at the hotel's ground pool. Some activities included a prize, and some did not. But the non-prize activities were very fun, too.The room was very clean, and the staff were more than helpful.
If I have to say something, the only thing I would have liked improved was the air conditioning, but to be clear, the air conditioning worked perfectly; I just wanted it to be about 5°C cooler. Also, be aware that in the exclusive area, free drinks are only available in the exclusive lounge downstairs, not the hotel's Top Café del Mar.
The facilities were excellent with loads of space and very welcoming staff
We didn’t enjoy the entertainment but that was just our opinion Others enjoyed it
