The food was good for an all inclusive, quiet location, and friendly staff.

Drains in the room smelt - bathroom and kitchen. Shower water didn't drain away so had to stand in a puddle. The gym was really poor, very old and tired equipment and not much of it. Very hard to get a taxi into town, they largely wouldn't accept fares in either direction.

Gorgeous hideout- exceptionally kind staff, great compound concept with beautiful plants. Little shop, nice swimming pool. Lots of fresh food. Loved the Canary night, the Tropical night and Mexican night at the restaurant!

The gym is way too small to even use it, and the loud music there was disturbing. The options for vegans (bread spread, avocados etc.) and for guests that are allergic to gluten are not so great. Everything is wheat based, and there is a lot of meat and fish. Most dishes contain cheese and butter. We usually could something to eat at the salad bar, but of course it's not fair to pay the whole price for only having little to choose from. The food on the Asian night was simply not cooked well. It just tasted awful. I love, love, love children, but the kids' program and animation was too loud and super annoying. I loved when it was quiet. There should be another area where the kids stuff takes place, so that grown up guest with no kids can get some rest on there holiday.

Receptiin staff, private villa with pool, quiet location of the resort away from the hustle areas, breakfast, facilities. It was the best stay for us of all the times we have traveled to Tenerife.

Pillows weren't to my liking, and there were no dark curtains in the main bedroom in our villa. However, they were in the second bedroom, which is odd.

The ambient of the whole hotel was really nice and the location was also super as it is right next to the highway.

We didn't like the bed as its not one whole bed but two beds put together so you can get a hole in the middle. And you can hear your neighbors from the other room quite clearly.

We spent a wonderful week with our family at this charming hotel. The villas with spacious terraces, the lovely pool, delicious food, and the great location next to a golf course are just a few reasons why we’re likely to return. The service was outstanding, and the hotel’s intimate atmosphere makes it a perfect place for everyone to enjoy.

Basically, there are no downsides. Some may like the location, others may not. The food is good, but the variety could be greater.

Very clean. Friendly staff, were always coming round and refilling our drinks of an evening which was a first for us at an all inclusive! Not a huge selection of food but what was available was great.

Ok stuff, at first we got dirty room with hairs and full cigarette ashtray and broken windows but stuff was nice to give us other. Warm pool is ok, kids 30min daily show, fully functional kitchen, ok breakfast

Old furniture, extra thin walls, old poorly functional windows, one AC didn't work, old and very smaill kids playground, no coffee in the room, very limited kids dinner menu, daily theme dinners not always for everyone's taste-Italian was nowhere near italian, bbq night skipped kebabs, all meat with curry taste, cleanliness should be better, poor room lighting, far from center, no walking option anywhere, shuttle bus only once a day (morning/afternoon)

TheStaff were amazing , especially katie, oscar , and yousef. Food was exceptionally good and definitely have come back heavier !!!

We been but right beside the kitchen villa 110, the common wall was very noisy, could hear all the prep and packing in and out from 7am till 11pm……we could have use a little more sleep…::

Location is bad - difficult to reach anywhere It says „family“ hotel, but it lacks the most basic infrastructure for kids. Such as swings and or slides.

My stay at the hotel left only the most positive impressions. It all began with a warm and welcoming reception — the staff were extremely polite, explained everything about the hotel and its services in detail, and quickly handed over the room keys.The rooms were spacious, cozy, and well-equipped — everything needed for a comfortable stay was readily available. Housekeeping was done daily and always to a high standard.The hotel grounds were a real highlight: incredibly beautiful and meticulously maintained. There were both heated and non-heated pools, and there were always enough sun loungers for all guests. For children, there’s a playroom and a variety of entertainment options, making it a great choice for families.Our rate included only breakfast, but it truly exceeded expectations — the food was delicious, and the variety offered something new to enjoy every day.

This hotel is a great choice for families with children — there are plenty of amenities and entertainment options designed for them. However, if you’re traveling without kids and looking for a more peaceful atmosphere, it might be a bit challenging at times, as children are often active around the pools and common areas.We really enjoy swimming in the ocean, and the walk to the beach takes about 20–25 minutes. It’s manageable, but worth keeping in mind. Fortunately, there is a shuttle bus that runs every morning after breakfast ends, which is a very convenient option.

A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather.There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork.The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel.The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring!That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

Very clean resort loved the 1 bedroom villa comes with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and in the front room 2 single beds its sleeps 4 you can also get a free travel cot if you need one Location was good 10 mins walk from siam park and siam mall Playa de Americas was only 15 mins walk cab cost €8 The reception were lovely and the cleaners 10/10 the restaurant staff were a little rude Entertainment was in the restaurant if you are not all-inclusive then you sit at the back because guests that are eating are already sitting on the tables The entertainment was only on for a hour its all shut early at 10.30 We didn't bother going to the entertainment because it was more like a restaurant we went into town most nights when we got back early a few times everything was closed Overall it's a lovely resort if you want peace and quiet

The hotel stay was overall enjoyable. The rooms were big and clean, and the staff at the restaurant were very kind, which made a real difference. Breakfast was excellent, while dinner was just average.However, the reception service was disappointing. We weren’t informed about the underground parking, which caused issues since we had a rented car. On our last day, we had to check out early and couldn’t access the breakfast we had paid for. Despite offering simple solutions, like providing a coffee machine (available in other rooms), the receptionist was unhelpful and rude, definitely not the attitude you’d expect in hospitality.

Fabulous hotel for small kids especially. little baby pool, small treehouse, sandpits, little bikes for them to play too. wouldn’t say it would be great for much bigger kids. Evening shows every-night however based in dining room is bit strange. shop on site is so handy kids club is lovely.

It's a beautiful location with great and attentive staff and lovely rooms - so much potential if the resort would take into account people traveling WITHOUT kids and with the goal to relax, which was not possible here.

When booking this location, nowhere was it advertised or explained that this resort is applicable ONLY for families with kids.95% of the people at the resort were families with kids. This means that there was screaming at the breakfast, there was screaming at the pool (the pool is, unfortunately, unusable for swimming 50+ kids at the same time, hence the capacity is taken over by children being children), and there was music and screaming under my window where one of the many kids play activities were organized by the hotel.I have been to 100s of hotels where there are people with and without kids and never had any problem. But here, every location and event is made with kids in mind, which would be fine if it was advertised this way. If I had known that this was the case and I shouldn't expect to have moments of quiet to relax or a space by the pool without splashing, I would have been fine and booked elsewhere. It's a pity because otherwise, the hotel would have been good.

The resort was lovely, very well kept clean and spacious rooms with lovely outdoor area. It was great to have our own kitchen which we made lunch in. The breakfast buffet was lovely, fresh croissants, orange juice and omlettes were the highlight. I wouldnt reccomend however having all inclusive as I didnt rate the dinner buffet. Facitilities, staff, gym class, pool/kid activities and daily morning yoga were amazing. The restaurant next to the hotel phenomenal. Only downfall of the hotel were food options in close walking distance as we werent a big fan of playa de las americanas.
