Excellent location !The position of the apartment, very good, I could see the ocean from the bed! Friendly staff. The view is very beautiful!

When I chose booking, I selected hotel! And I thought I would stay at a hotel! But it is a renovated apartment in an old complex. It bothered me, the €100 guarantee, stopped at the beginning, which I don't really understand, what was it for?

The property is right the beach, you can reach the beach literally in a minute from the building, and this is one of the best beaches in this area. Additionally, one other beach is 5 mins by walk, and another third is 20 mins by walk. Also the apartment was good enough for two people, in terms of space, considering we stayed for a week and needed separate kitchen & living area from the bedroom. Besides, the apartment is 5 mins walk from the several restaurants/bar, so we could enjoy the nightlife.

There is little support in terms of cleaning services. If the apartment could offer cleaning service, maybe to be paid separately, that would be much comfortable. Since we were on a vacation for more than a week and visiting several places on the island everyday, cleaning was quite tedious and some support here could have been more comfortable.

The location is perfect, the pool is beautiful and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved this place and only found it last minute looking for alternative accommodation for family members when our original booking was not suitable, I will definitely be back here! :)

One v minor thing was that a lot of the apartment doors could do with a bit of TLC, freshening up, was a bit off putting at first but the apartment itself was perfect ?

Ideal location, very clean studio apartment with balcony, well appointed apartment with a complete kitchen also a washing machine!! Which pleased my wife, and comfortable bed. Pool was clean and well maintained.as was poolside areas. Staff at office very helpful with organising transport and arranging luggage room for our late checkout. I would definitely stay at TRG again in the future.

Rooms were very modern and cool !! Door handles really good as they come with a code so handy to access for multiple people especially when on holidays with friends !

It can be quite confusing to navigate the property on first arrival but after that is easy :)

The property was in a perfect location , 2 minutes walks into the beach. The apartment has everything we needed , hair dryer , iron , ironing board , washing machine and cooking facilities . We have a beautiful balcony with pool views and a view of the sea. The pool bar served lovely food and the staff were so friendly. Plenty of beds available every day so no bed wars

We were here 9 days and it was great! There is everything we need, good bed, living room with tv for cozy evenings, kitchen and a nice balcony! Nearby you find everything, beach, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and roomy, the people at the office were friendly and always ready to help. It was a nice holiday we are going to miss!

Swimming pool closes at 20:00, sometimes we wanted to be a little bit more, but that’s ok, there was always the ocean on the side)

For us everything was perfect

Our host was amazing, taking care of us and giving us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and helping us with the transfer to the airport and not only!Our studio was amazing; very clean, very quiet, amazing terrace amazing bathroom, amazing kitchen with everything that you need, all the comfort and a beautiful view.The pool is amazing ,warm, clean, and with a lot of space and available sun beds.There is a bar near the pool, with drinks and food where the services are amazing.Location is amazing, everything at walking distance ,starting with restaurants, shops , bars and beaches .Altogether, everything was beyond 5 stars.Thank you for an amazing holiday. See you next year, or maybe sooner.❤️

Nothing to dislike.

I visited here with my Mam for the week and we had a fantastic time. The complex is so close to everything , ie: restaurants, shops and the beach. Roberto and his staff were all extremely helpful and assisted us whenever we needed them. We loved the pool and the cleanliness of it too. Ideally it would have been great if there were some parasols at the pool but there is plenty of shade if you need it. I am already planning my next trip to Tenerife and will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!

I had a fantastic stay here for a week at the end of May. I stayed in B block in a recently modernised room. The finish and furnishings were excellent. It even came with two huge tv’s, walk in shower and a nice sized balcony that got the sun throughout the day and overlooked both the sea and the pool. The apartment was spotless and nothing was not thought of. Even little things like washing up liquid and cloths to clean were there. The walls are thick so can’t hear any noise from other apartments. The whole complex is very clean and well maintained and is in a fantastic location close to some great shops and restaurants.Roberto, Georges and the team are always on hand if you need them and the process of booking and paying was seamless from start finish. I can not recommend this property enough and will definitely be back soon

Great Location and very clean.

It was advertised as having a bar but this was not open during our stay. Just a small thing but would have been nice to have something by the pool.

Our apartment was clean,bright and quiet with a fantasic view of the pool and the sea. Sun loungers on the balcony were great, and our apartment had sun from mid day onwards The apartments are in a great location central to many bars and restaurants and right on the edge of both playa las americas and los cristianos.Beautiful beach on the doorstep. The apartment had a flat screen tv with apps Netflix,disney, etc..Plenty of sun loungers by pool never an issue getting one.

Very little storage for your clothes in the bedroom.The cabinets over bed are too high to be usable.Bedding was a 10.5 tog duvet, which is too heavy for the weather, making sleeping very uncomfortable.sheets would be better suited with the option of duvet kept in upper bedroom cabinets should you want it. No umbrellas are available around the pool area. very little shaded areas during the hottest time of the day.There were renovations of an apartment going on so you could hear the drilling around pool,our apartment was far enough away not to be affected by the noise in morning and all through the day, but others were not so lucky.There is also a large hotel being renovated across the street. No towel or sheet change during our week stay. had to wait in to do a wash so we could put bedding out in the balcony to get it dry for that evening.

The apartments exceeded all expectations! We had amazing ocean view. Location is great, with 2 cleanest beaches nearby, and nice Italian restaurant just around the corner. The apartments were equipped with everything we needed. Pools at the property were kept crystal clean with safe guard presented at working hours. All in all, highly recommended!

Everything - the location was excellent, near the beach and close to our favourite pubs and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and very modern/updated and very well equipped, on top of that we had a lovely large balcony, beautiful swimming pool and we liked the private gated entrance so it felt very safe. Staff (Roberto) was very friendly and efficient, we will definitely be coming back next year and have highly recommended these apartments to our friends best we've ever stayed in
