Beautiful gardens (1,200 plants, trees) amazing 6 star luxury villas, great view - breathtaking, best hotel 4 hours flight out of London and one of the best Mandarin Orientals I’ve stayed in.

A it’s far from down town and the new marinaIt takes 40 to 45 minutes to reach anywhere

Property location excellent.Restaurant and quality of service worst ever Behavior no privacy 3 girls was sexy act posing at pool with no privacy to surrounding and they include us with videos we reported this to hotel ! The pool keeper was enjoying the show and no comments raised !!

They theft us double prices at restaurants and we claim , staff very bad attitude, and on purpose when we ask for buggy they kept us waiting at the entrance 20 min this at Luca by sea First day at hasaksn we took our food with wild cat at table sharing every moment ( with respect to cats ).They bring all food too salty !! Still was better than thefting .

Mandarin oriental never disappoint me, my stay here was exquisite as always the staff were beyond nice and welcoming they did everything to make our stay at mandarin memorable and comfortable.Sinem was great!

location is beautiful. everything is available. you can shop, relax and good restaurants. nice to have an ambassador that assists with any question you may have

the restaurants and drinks are very expensive. A coke of 250cl at a price of 9€ is exaggerated. breakfast in the room is possible but with a service charge of 10€ per person. That’s way too much. that’s 20€ for a couple whilst the breakfast is served by one server. I’m member of MO but did not get the benefits because we booked through Booking.com. That’s ridiculous. I was then promised a welcome package by the ambassador which we never received. very disappointing.

everything was perfect. We were treated with warmth and kindness, with generous attention. the rooms had exquisite detail, comfortable and without being pretentious for a 5 star palace. they thought of every detail. they have an ambassador assigned to you to make sure your always happy. breakfast was insanely tasty and varied. the beach area was great. came in may when there wasn’t a big crowd.

the 3rd party restaurants were too expensive for the quality of food they offer. the spa had treatments that were exorbitantly pricey.

I think the gym should be 24 hours as befits an international high end brand and not 8 am to 8 pm

The stay at the MO Bodrum was exceptionally nice. The overwhelming kindness of the personnel, the beauty of the facility, the large modern and very tasteful interior of the rooms, the views and the fantastic, divers options to wine and dine ensure that the guest has a wonderful time at the MO Bodrum. We would like to give our special thanks and congratulations to the F&B Director Mr. Atilla Ozan for the extraordinary care he and his team took of us during our stay. In this context we want to especially thank Mrs Selin, Mrs Gül, Mr Cagatay, Mr Firat, Mr Sercan and Mr Yunus, who were not just trying to serve our orders, but much more were anticipating what we or our kids might need, like to eat or drink and would love to be surprised with - and they managed to do this extremely well. Further special thanks to our Ambassador Mr Batuhan Gençer, who was available 24/7 to ensure that any of our questions or requests were answered. all the facilities were amazing.the place for breakfast is wonderful.

they transfer us to other room 2 nights.the second room was not clean ,there were 2 insects in my room then we called housekeeping they came when I was out so when I came back I found the insects again after that I call housekeeping to clean.

The hotel is beautiful with lots of boutiques, expansive grounds, a great beach and spa. The food is delicious and the staff is very accommodating.

The payment logistics has been a nightmare. The communication is unorganized and not very helpful. There is a lot of back forth before and after the trip that does not need to happen.

I was in this hotel for my honeymoon, so they made my stay phenomenal like a dream come true. They were offering their service happily specially mr Burak and I hope he sees this comment to know how I am thankful.

the location, the pools, the gardens and the restaurant options

The service is amazing! The place is beautiful and the breakfast is splendid. I would highly recommend the MO in Bodrum. It has everything you need - restaurants, fashion, a beach and pools.

That I had to leave!

Nice location, good breakfast, rooms are clean and very stylish. Also good food at restaurants.

Since I left the hotel 14 days passed away and still no refund of deposit on card. I wrote like 5 mails to hotel. 7 days ago they answered that refund process was going on. And still nothing :(( I’m waiting for 850$ on my card back.

Too expensive

Mandarin Oriental Bodrum is a brilliant hotel with an amazing location, with great design, views and nice plantation. This is a top quality resort that you can find only a couple of examples in coast of Turkey. Breakfast buffet is amazing, a lot of healthy options as well and amazing pastries. Rooms are cool, even if you prefer very basic ones. It’s a hillside hotel so plenty of great spots for nice views. Sea is amazing, clear, calm, blue, very nice to swim. Lots of beautiful flowers around, Bodrum vibes. Staff is mostly very nice and pretty good with their limits, they are very much interested but not in a fake or overdose mode so all nice. Room butler was also very helpful and timely.

Food is crazy. I mean just crazy. First of all I guess they are pretty confused in terms of the culinary expectations of the guests. I mean it is brilliant to have some options such as Hakkasan, or Ioki but.. A hotel in this size and on this level, especially if it is located in Turkey, should have a proper fish restaurant. It is unbelieavable to see that only options is Chinese, Japanese, or Meat. Atelier de Carne was super super super average, meat was even below average, I get that the vibe and atmosphere is nice but this is Bodrum, pretty much every restaurant is nice with some nice sea views. You cannot sell a very average piece of meat (Just a portion, 4 little slices) for 80 EUR. Come on. I think they should definitely stop this partnership with this meat restaurant. Lucca by the Sea is another great option for drinks and some easy food but.. It is not a proper restaurant as well for dining. So basically you have to go to Ioki, Hakkasan, super average Atelier de Carne, and that’s all. This is really bad to be honest. I would expect a mezze bar, or a proper fish restaurant, or italian/Spanish etc. I get that global tourists are mainly targeted but again, this hotel is located in Turkey. Sea is brilliant but seaside is definitely not. It is hard to jump into the sea, it is quite rocky, no sand, and you may harm yourself, definitely not good for kids or elderly. This is also quite dissappointing for such a high level hotel, a lot of better options, cheaper, in Bodrum.Hotel is expensive - I mean crazy! It is like.. Hey you are here and we will make you pay as much as we wish to. The price of the rooms are ok but for food and extras.. Oh my god.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you enter a world of its own. Everything was great. The whole hotel complex and the rooms were beautifully decorated. A big compliment to the very good trained staff, they read your wishes from your eyes and are very polite. The hotel was worth every cent, I will definitely come back.

Nothing at all

The hotel is a total disappointment. They kept us waiting to check in for 2 hours and a half although we had kids with us.They also charged us on things we did not order.louzy service and uncooperative staff.definitely not going there again .check your bill before paying.This hotel is a complete fraud

Breakfast was very good

All restaurants are outsourced managed by local companies. You can not make a reservation as Hotel Guest. Restaurants are nearly fully booked with outside people not from the Hotel. very very bad experience.
