Always a good hotel and sea and good food

Rooms are old now, should change tv and couple things

The hotel itself is beautiful and the sea view is beautiful

THE STAFFFF THEY WERE THE WORSTI have never felt this unwelcomed in a hotel especially at breakfast time They don’t care if you need anything you have to beg for their attention to request even water They didn’t inform us that we can order eggs we had to notice the other tables to ask what they offer other than the buffet The breakfast ends at 10:30 we asked them to refill one of their plates at 10 and they said they can’t

breakfast was diverse and tasty. It was perfect.

The staff could hardly speak English for most of them. They were very nice and trying their best to help, but communication was not always obvious. The hotel was almost empty. Most of the time we were the only 2 customers in the 2 restaurants for dinner... It felt very lonely...

The property was immaculate, everything was clean and just beautiful to look at! Very impressed with the amenities and beach area as well. The reception staff, especially Figen, were extremely helpful, would definitely come back and recommend the hotel!

Beautiful location. Loved the beach club and lounging around the pool and having extended breakfasts with wonderful view. Great breakfast.

Party on one of the nights that made for a very loud night (only one evening out of 4).

We were chilling at breakfast, and ordered 3 coffees apparently 5 minutes after breakfast ended. 1 Americano was €10. Not even in the U.S. or south of France you can find these prices. Total disgrace and rip off. We had to reject them

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I especially want to highlight the housekeeping staff—our room cleaner was truly excellent and kept everything spotless every day. The spa was impressive, with professional therapists and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff overall were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was great, and although the beach area is not sandy, the music and ambiance were enjoyable. Spending the day by the sea was a real pleasure.

There were quite a lot of stairs around the property, which could be tiring. While the breakfast tasted good and the service was nice, it would be better if they added more variety—perhaps offering different options on different days. The service at the beach was also a bit slow.

I have mentioned that I didnt want to have the lower level room and confirmed it with the guy at the reception, however they placed us to the lower level room at first then it has changed after couple phone calls with the lobby. felt like kidding with us. The pizza that they served had 2 inches long metal piece inside, that would be a fatal mistake for them if I didnt chew it well. during the check out I have requested a buggy because the room is pretty far away then the lobby section and buggy didnt come for an hour and a half so I had to carry all the stuff by myself to my car. needs a lot of change starting from the guy at the lobby named Erkan.

The most stunning views and right on the water. The cabanas and water hammocks were amazing. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were cleaned twice daily. Golf carts to get around the property. Menu was amazing as well. DJ plays great music all day so the vibe is also incredible. Superb property and fantastic holiday. Can’t wait to come back!

Not really a dislike but the gym could have more updated equipment.

I had the most exceptional stay at Kuum Hotel, I loved the view, the spacious & clean rooms and the delicious food. All amenities were available and within walking distance, but if you didn’t prefer to walk, buggies are available around the clock and just a few minutes away. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember all the names, but Figen, Mert and Ahmed were super amazing and made my stay extraordinary. Also restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were amazing as well. Almost everyone spoke English, but the ones who didn’t, they tried their best to help out. I’m already planning my next visit there :)!

Such a beautiful experience, it was my first time in bodrum and my stay at Kumm hotel made it very special, the way I was welcomed by each member in the hotel. Everyone will come out of their way to help and make my stay more pleasant. The godmother of all of this was Mrs. Figen, who welcomed everyone with genuine smile & always there to check if your stay is pleasant. Mr. Mert, who took care of the guests moving around the resort with beautiful smile and uplifting chitchat. Ms. Zainab who made sure the room is clean & tidy and many more that I didn’t get the chance to know their name. I highly recommend Kumm hotel if you wanna feel home away from home.

Facilities were great, the water and breach area were really nice, rooms were large and modern with nice showers and a comfortable bed. Staff was nice, but hospitality wasn't at the level I've experienced when staying at similar hotels (with similar or better prices). Breakfast was good.

Price was just way too high for what it is. You can get more value for your money at similar hotels in the area. Other hotels also seem to curate a better vibe at the price point (hospitality and music volume etc.) Also, the shower always leaked into the bathroom.

Good facilities. Clean. Food was very good. Staff was pleasent. Facilities in the room worked well and the amenities were very good quality.

Its on the seaside and the water was nice. However if you’re looking for a sandy beach, its not there. As with most hotels in the area they have decks over the water for sunbathing etc and you would just take a dip into the deep water. Its nice but if you’re one who likes to lie on the sand, pebble beach you won’t have it.

Stunning views, well designed rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

How extortionate the beach bar is. There is nothing to really do in the area surrounding the hotel.

The rooms were large and clean. The staff were friendly and quick to help/respond. The outside beach/swim area was wonderful. The food was great! I forgot my sunglasses in the room and we had to checkout at 4am to catch a flight but their staff quickly noticed them and returned them to us.

There aren’t too many places around (walking distance) if you’re looking at places to eat outside the hotel.

Amazing rooms with stunning views. Great Service and the food at Mariolino was the best!!

The turndown was twice a day, great location, beautiful beach club and sea friendly staff

The room service was closed due to a wedding - the spa was also rude and no AC in the gym

Great amenities and wonderful day beds, great menu and rooms are a great size with great size beds too.

Room cleaning was perfect, thanks to Filiz Hanim and her teammate. Also Alena Hanim at the restaurant deserves 5*. In general, all the hotel staff was helpful and respectful.

Hotel management and beach club/restaurant management are different, so the client profile. Hard to give an order ( as the staff are not wearing a uniform) until get familiar with the faces. As the season is about to end, restaurant's menu was limited.
