- The location was great. We received a free upgrade from a 3 bed to a 5 bedroom villa. All the staff were extremely helpful and made so many adjustments to ensure there was food for my son which caterer Ed to his numerous allergies. The WhatsApp messaging service is a great idea and something I've never seen at any hotel.

The bar and dining facilities at the resort were excellent. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The spa treatments were excellent.

Big and comfortable room.
The room was big and comfortable however there was no hot water available in the bathroom. In general it feels like it is overpriced. No swimming pool! And the beach of the property is rocky and dirty. It also surprised me that they did not have a breakfast buffet.
The area around is beautiful, calm place. The rooms are big. Friendly staff.
The description and the photos are out of date, the pool is no longer there, it was replaced by micro garden. And you cannot rent a villa through booking.com, so it's not clear why then the photos from the villa are shown.
