    • The hotel is non-existent, so i can't tell you what i would potentially like there if it existed. And they can't care about the reviews ))
    • I only choosed that hotel because I saw that the airport shuttle was in the price and I saw the reviews but was hoping people were overreacting. Because I was with my 3 year old child and our plane was arriving at night I knew he was sleeping and the hotel with airport shuttle was the best option, so I thought. But the airport shuttle didn't came so I was in the airport with bags and a sleeping 3 year old looking for a taxi what costed 80 euros.I arrived and the room was dirty, there was 10 degrees in the room it was freezing I was afraid my child might get cold, because of the cold temperature, it was like a slum hotel there were bed bugs everywhere the staff was really rude they offered breakfast only toast and flakes, and the waitress touched it with bare hands, it was unsanitized and needs a heath inspector it there, my child took one spoon of chocolate cereal what he normally he wants to eat a whole bowl and told me it tasted badly, the pools were closed, the children playground was out dated and in the room was very old stuff. I booked for a week, left the next day the receptionist didn't say sorry of the bed bugs she said why were you in that room, you didnt book studio and then siis she saw that I wanted a room with bath and said yeah you can go away. Still looking for my refund from booking, I haven't been this horrible hotel in my life and I have traveled at least 30 times to different countries. Hoping to get the money back soon as possible. The hotel dont answer me and dont want to give back for the days I weren't there. Going there was THIRD OF BIGGEST REGRET IN MY LIFE.
    • Don't book

    Cons -

    • Hi,I am now informing you of my worst experience with any travel booking company, which I would least expect from booking.com. First of all, you need to be reminded that in 99.9% of cases a customer chooses, books and pays for a specific place and not “that place or any other place, at any location and in any condition that I will be sent to instead, last minute”. This is what exactly happened to me and my family. Although I know that booking.com is perfectly aware of the situation with this specific hotel (non-existent one), because I am obviously not the first customer to have booked it through your system, I will provide all the unpleasant details so that no question remains as to your failed services that I demand to be compensated. So here is a timeline of the absurdity that happened to me and my family that caused us stress and financial costs.A day before my trip, on June 29, I receive a weird and disturbing message from “Panareti beach” through your system, telling me in an innocent tone to go to a different location instead of what I booked, to some St. George … (10+ kms from the property I paid for, 10+kms from the beach into the hills!). The message sounds so innocent as if they are just offering a better room or something. I am unpleasantly surprised and I don’t understand what this means.I write back to that message and also I write to you through the “help” with the order, without any reply either from the property or from you.I start google searching immediately, to find out that the property I booked THROUGH BOOKING.COM is permanently closed for MONTHS already, bankrupt or something, with plenty of reviews of disappointed and angry customers who went there to find close gates! The property has been closed for months, probably also by the time I booked it was already non-existent.I come back to booking.
    • The hotel has been taken over by the bank and closed for 3 days I made the booking the day of the stay. The pool is drained the store closed. Fights between security and old owners. The electricity went out.
    • The property had gone into receivership and was closed. The receiver was still there. We were only booked in for one night to attend a birthday party. As it was we ended up going back home after a couple of hours as we had no suitable accommodation available.

    the location was good

the place needs renovation asap, the photos of the room were older on the site, the room was full of water and moisture stains, the air vents were dirty and the ac also.the ac was not heating, there was only a thin blanket on the bed.The cleaning people were knocking the door, and they tried to enter the room when we didnt answer on time because we were sleeping.there was no do not disturb signs on doors.could be cleaner.the soundproofing was horrible, you could hear everything outside of the room.staff manners could be better also.I send a messge days ago for some questions, nobody answered. To sum up,it was a bad experience.

Room fine. Breakfast was fine - Good location to reach other parts of the coast. The lady from Gambia who looked after us at breakfast was very polite, helpful and keen.

Service at the bar a little poor - (Althouth they did offer us a drink on the house later) Indoor pool didn't look too good and the gym equipment was quite poor.

    7AndriusPosted on: 1-7-2025

Easy to find. Parking at the front door.

Little dusty, could be more clean in general.

    2IanPosted on: 1-6-2025

    The staff were pleasant.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was mould in the bathroom. For self catering, the cooking facilities and equipment was poor.

    3ΔανάηPosted on: 1-3-2025

    The location

Everything. Facilitates, not clear, not clear pool, broken gym equipment, not good / enough breakfast, couldn’t find any stuff for anything

In summer it is good place to be . Even with rains in winter indoor heated pool gives an option to have some activity with kids. When the rain stops there are other activities also to do.

Mold in the bathroom, broken table and chairs, No shelf in the bathroom, cold swim pool in side, noise elevator

    I loved the spa.

The employee when I came to the reception was on the phone and I was waiting for him for more than 20 minutes till he finished his call.I found a huge spider in my Room.

Only plus this hotel has is nice pool area (what everybody writes here) and we had at least nice sea view from the second floor and I liked the palms & plants but that we haven't had full privacy it killed almost everything, anyway we stayed just 2 nights, so it was quite quick over

We got the corner appartment, where are doors in between, so we haven't had normal privacy - the family next to us been a couple with a child so we heard everything! I guess having privacy is basic and a must in every hotel. We decided to ask the stuff for other room, but the room they offered really didn't look like on the pictures, when I made my booking. Anyway the guy on reception told be, that the neighbor family with the child are leaving tomorrow...so we stayed in the room. But theynormally stayed and it was loud also the next day...we had to put the music on and close any doors we could. Annoying! I mean I love kids and have nothing against them, but this is something different, you paid for comfort, for privacy, but what is this hotel...it's neglected, needs renovations, and the service is not customer oriented unfortunately. Hair dryer was destroyed it smelled and was burned when I tried to turn it on, even you risk some possible accident!? A bit too much...Even the guy on reception which was very friendly when we came, then lied to me when he said the loud neighbors from the next room will leave?

    1DilsevPosted on: 10-28-2024

    Unfortunately not a single thing.

It was old, dated, smelt, nothing like the photos you advertise (this is very misleading of Booking) The WiFi service did not work. There were electricity cables hanging out of all the walls in corridors. The shower was appalling and the entire bathroom was covered with water during taking a shower. We paid for breakfast but it was so dirty we didn’t take it.

    4LavinaPosted on: 10-27-2024

Large pool, the staff were exceptional, very hard working.

Unfortunately this resort has suffered since COVID. The whole place needs some TLC and is very tired looking. There is a lack of staffing numbers, the staff they have cannot be faulted, they all multi task and can’t be more hardworking and helpful. It’s such a shame as this used to be a very nice place to stay. I hope the management finds a way to improve this, understandably like many in the hospitality sector they are suffering from high running costs.

    6KirwanPosted on: 10-22-2024

Villa was brilliant, very safe and clean

One member of staff very rude. They don’t accept card. You have to walk on a dirt road to get to hotel. Free transfer don’t exist, we had to pay out of pocket on arrival at hotel after waiting 40mins after booking timing and making three phone calls. Told I had to speak with booking.com and even if we did get a free transfer it is only one way. On arrival at hotel told we had no booking and had to wait a half an hour for someone else to arrive to find out if we had a booking and where we would stay.
