Hotel las Palmas

This hotel is a great value for money. Clean and spacious, very comfortable bed, personnel is friendly and the breakfast is amazing.The location is great, just a few minutes walking from the main square.

I really think that they could improve the furniture in the room. There was no chair/small sofa. There was no hangers (we asked for them and they supply some)

There is no variety for breakfast, if you want anything different, you have to pay for it.

The room was very clean and the staff was always open to help you. I appreciate the coffee-tea area for free for clients. Pet friendly and lot of parking spaces

Breakfast was ok. I expected a bit more of alternatives to choose from. It would be nice to have changua, or tamal included, dishes that are not too expensive in general

Extra cost for pet staying (COP $50,000) almost the same cost of one person but no bed, neither breakfast for my dog. During reservation process it was not clear. Advice only as "pet friendly". Booking reported a total cost and taxes below ("taxes and fees"). Only after the reservation is completed, this extra cost appears as "Important Information", but it is not possible to cancell due it was a non refoundable reservation. I think it is also a Booking's web site issue.

The hotel is new and nice INSIDE.

I had a really bad experience staying at this hotel, especially because I was traveling with a baby. We booked a standard room and couldn't sleep the whole night due to the constant noise from the street. At 3 a.m., we were abruptly woken up by the sounds of motorcycles, trucks, and all sorts of street traffic. It was impossible to rest!If you're planning to stay here, make sure you avoid the standard rooms, or you’ll be up all night like we were. The location was also far from ideal—noisy and not at all what we expected. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it for families or anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

I could not check in bc I didn’t have my passport with me. I offered the front desk my Colombian ID (this hotel is in Colombia) and my sister’s Colombian ID but they still refused us, they just wanted my passport. If they don’t accept Colombian IDs to check in, how do Colombinas check on then? Very discouraging!

the rooms are very spacious, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great, and the views where incredible.

If you do not select an inside room, get ready for 0 sleep. Our room was directly facing a busy street, and there is absolutely no soundproofing, so we slept only a few hours due to the horrible street noise. There is no black out or even dark curtains, so as soon as the sun is out, you will wake up.

Good service and clean facilities

The hotel is next to an avenue so there is lot of noises because of traffic, it is impossible to sleep! I requested my bedroom to be changed and it was not possible. The photos the hotel shows are the internal ones, why do not they show the noise ones?

breakfast is charged prior with the room but the services in morning is really bad. Not good attended. Been 45 minutes waiting on to get clean table! one lady told us to wait our turn due there were people before us to get brakefst but they did attend two or three tables that comes in after us so it was direspectfull for me. However when I claim for my breakfast money back hotel refuse to payme back. I did had to go get breakfast out of the hotel at the end.... Also, you have to pay extra for the hotel Parking. crazy.

Lovely…modern but in character with the town, spacious, good value, lots of pleasant staff

Clean comfortable, big rooms, nice terrace, super shower with lots of hot water. Not in the centre but easy walk to the plaza Mayor.

Breakfast was poor with little option, otherwise everything good.

The cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable

the bedroom was hot, there was no way you could have a good rest while been that hot. The should provide at least a fan or an AC to let the customer to have a good experience. It was not a cheap hotel, I was expecting at least to be able to get a fan.

It was a decent facility that it can be improved with few details.

The room we had was too hot, didn’t have windows to look outside, didn’t have air conditioning or at least a fan the first night, which it was given to us after our complain next morning.

Everything was clean, comfortable and nice.

High temperature in the rooms, the view to the cemetery and the loud noise in the early morning due to the loading of trucks outside our window.
