- Location, weather , food and the hotel in general :)
- Good location, clean hotel, very professional staff
Cons -
- Poor customer service, hotel staff should speak better English and be polite and helpful and they were not. English polite frases should be used wher addressing quests at the hotel. The staff were arrogant, could not explain simple terms within the hotel and argued with customers: eg parking charges even after season ironing clothes only at the reception ( I was on the 7th floor), bar when closing customers were rudly pushed out the door...
