Hotel Petrčane

Very close to the sea for swimming, close to restaurants and bars in town, silence during the night (only once the fire alarm went on accidentally...)

The room had big windows but no balcony.Lots off different sorts of tea in the morning but only one sort of black tea and no green teaAs mentioned above we didn't like that the fire alarm went on in the middle of the night and unfortunately nobody was there to stop it for about an hour ...

The spacious room , super comfortable pillows and bed , the breakfast is nice , the view and spectacular and thw staff are nice

Room was a good size very clean with view over the sea hotel its self was also very clean and good lay out , think we had just picked wrong time to stay

Hotel said it closes next week ,of course not there fault if only a few guests but it felt like it had already closed felt like we were a nuisance, breakfast was a lovely spread would be 10/10 if had been hot all hot plates were turned off , unfortunately the last few staff had turned off also

Enverything was perfect. The kind staff, the room, the breakfast, the atmosphere, the quietness. Highly recommend. Away from the busy Zadar, but still, very close to it.

this property has no air conditioning. they have units that look like air conditioning but are fans. we could not sleep all night. If they have fully working air conditioning in all rooms then it’s a lovely place to stay.

The hotel offers a pleasant setting with a panoramic view, making for a visually appealing experience. The breakfast included in the package was satisfactory, though not exceptional, leaning towards savory options.

Unfortunately, the additional bed in one of the double rooms fell short in length and width to comfortably accomodate an adult. Regardless of our complaints, the concierge denied us any kind of assistance, saying they couldn’t do anything to solve the issue. We got over it.In one of the other rooms the mosquito net was completely shattered and there was not even a small balcony to dry our bathing suits, but we managed to find a solution without bothering the staff.However, on the last day of our stay, after an 8 AM to 11 PM boat excursion (arranged through the hotel reception), two out of three rooms remained uncleaned. The next morning, at around nine o'clock while heading down for breakfast, we voiced our concerns with the concierge. To our bewilderment, their response was as follows:1) They insisted we must have hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door, despite us never doing so.2) They indicated that upon our arrival, we should have immediately dialed the EMERGENCY number to request an urgent room servicing. AT MIDNIGHT!?3) As if that wasn’t enough, they announced that we were not entitled to any discount because we had voiced our complaints after breakfast, rather than before. This statement, coming from a concierge referencing the words of a four-star hotel director, left us incredulous to say the least. To sum up: standoffish staff who doesn’t really care about the comfort and wellbeing of their guests, and even dares to insinuate that they make up stories to get a discount, despite photoes that prove otherwise. An unpleasant experience. Go somewhere else.

Close to the beach, nice pool area, clean and well kept hotel. Room was quite big and air-condintioning in the room was good. Wi-fi worked well.

There was no balcony and it was impossible to get any swimming gear to dry up in the bathroom. Hotel could find some solution to this f.ex. common drying area outside.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent, room was everyday cleaned. Staff of the hotel helpful. Swimming pool warm and area clean.

Decent sized room, which was modern and clean.Staff were every friendly, check-in and out was seemless. Was able to arrange a late checkout.Restaurant was pretty good, decent selection, prices on the high side but not excessive relative to other near-by options.A slightly quieter option for the nearby tourist resort across the bay. (10 mins walk away)

Breakfast was a bit dull. The "hot" items all looked a bit sad and what there was had been left to cool. I'd expect a 4-star hotel to be better.
