- Fisserhof is one of the few nearly perfect ski holiday hotels.Staff is super nice and hardly motivated to fullfill every wish. Breakfast is good and the afternoon 'jause' ass well. At dinner you can eat from the buffet and select further dishes served to your table. Quality was verry good although portions were quite small (you definitely need the buffet?)Highly recommend for your ski/wellnes vacation!

- The Hotel was clean, the staff didn’t speak great English, and the reception staff were rude. The waiters were super friendly. The pool was very nice and the hot outside pool was really good. The food was always really tasty, on the first few nights it was slow to come out but over all really good.

- Our room, family suite, could have been more up-to-date, its really well maintained although!
- It would be nice to have the shuttle service available a little later all the time except certain nights of the week maybe until just 18:00 to allow for some small apres as dinner in the hotel isn’t available until 18:30
- I booked this hotel as it was advertised as having child care and kids club so I paid the premium for this hotel as it was for my wife’s 40th and when we arrived we were told that they didn’t have any childcare available. Very very disappointed as this was advertised when I booked.
