Check in at reception was very friendly and welcoming with a glass of bubbles or juice.Lift tickets at a discount at reception. Lockers were already reserved for us.Parking in the garage.Walked to the slopes, a 10min walk, steep, good warm up. We didn't need to use shuttle.We had dinner one night in the restaurant, which was delicious. Drinks in the bar were well prepared too.
Rooms were just ok. Beds were nice, shower warm. But for almost six hundred per night I would have expected a seating option and a coffee machine.The food at breakfast was fine, nothing special. It was annoying to have to wait a long time for the somewhat irritated personnel to bring you to your table, and it took a long time before we could order coffee and eggs.
Everything here was thoughtful, every detail put with a purpose - colors, scents, designs. The whole place is amazing, the service great. It raised the bar for hotels to the new heights. While being here, you absolutely must visit the wellness area, the restaurant and the bar.

The whole design of the hotel is beautiful. We loved the spa with all its facilities. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good.
We went biking and would have loved to have a bike room where you can leave your stuff, not only an open space in the garage. This could also be nice in Winter for skiing in terms of shoes. But it works how it’s solved for now it’s more an idea for improvement.
Nice and modern as on the pictures. Friendly staff. Okay with a dog but with some limitations (Rooms).
While hotel guests are asked to keep phones in the room the locals are playing music and videos in the restaurant, without any intervention. The welcome and the information in the restaurant was low, mainly at breakfast.
Really friendly staff, breathtaking beautiful views from room, spacious clean room. Breakfast was great enjoyed everything. I will be staying here again, there are lots of different places to see nearby.
