Great hosts. Easy to deal with. Let us stay the whole day on the car park after checking out. breakfast good variety. kids friendly. Nature pool was pretty cool. Very close to the the cable cars and restaurants. The sofa bed was comfortable (for the kids, but as i prefer rather harder mattress, i swapped with one them).
Personally, i am not a big fan of carpets in room. but the carpet was very clean and got cleaned daily.
God service and tasty breakfast made by a steady experienced grand mother . Fiss Serfaus itself is awsome with the supersommercard making it possible to use all lifts and explore the incredible mountains around Fiss Serfaus. The hotel is perfect located to do this. After hiking the natural pool is perfect for relaxing.Personal is super friendly and even lent us poles to try for one of the mountain hikes. The rooms are spacy and has great view to the mountains.
Nothing we did not like about about the hotel.Advice to Fiss Serfaus villages is to extend the bus service between Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis to also apply for evenings. There is no time to explore the other villages during daytime.
Clean around, swimming pool, good breakfast. Family Cards for guests with discount.
The breakfast was limited, with little choice. It would be good to have the option of a cooked breakfast.
Apart from the breakfast everything was good.
