- It was very hot inside the building. It could use a small update with some A/C in some of the more common areas to help cool it down some.
- Very hard extra bed for one of the kids. We didn't get clear information that dinner was not included in the stay. Because of that the final bill became a surprise ?.
- if you don’t have a car and want to explore more the area it’s a bit inconvenient as (depending on the period of time you go) there could be a very limited bus service and/or it takes hours to cover distance that would otherwise be a stone's throw away by car. The mattress and the pillow were not great. Also in the room there is no complementary tea/coffee or a cattle for hot water which I found in hotels of a much lower level than this.

Super convenient with all the services one needs when traveling and staying over with small children. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We were able to relax and enjoy time together as a family.
