- I don't have any dislikes about this stay. The only thing I can think of is that the property is in the mountains, so it can be difficult to get to. To overcome this, communicate where you are coming from with the staff and they will help you out

10/10 perfect experience. - AMAZING service from Kristoff and his family. They went over the top and provided the hospitality I think I've ever received. - We were the only Americans staying when we went they made us feel at home. - Breakfast + food was locally sourced and delicious. They even had many options for my celiac/shellfish allergy partner.- The valley view was breathtaking.- The resort is near two cable cars so driving isn't fully needed. We were able to use public transit from Merano to get to the resort
