Pros +
- Beautiful modern hotel. Staff were amazing. Excellent location. Great value when considering the level of service, quality of breakfast and the wonderful spa open to all hotel guests. Just stay here.
- Don't think twice, book Linder Cycling Hotel! Stylish, well located, comfortable and delicious hotel! The spa was such a perk and the great way to end a day of hiking! Breakfast was delicious!
- Location, service, friendly staff, breakfast, meet restaurant, areas, quiet, the bathrobe :), ski equipment lockers, gondola within a walking distance, bus stop close by, etc; I would come back without hesitation, keep up the good job!
Cons -
- There was a dull pounding noise coming from the building that made sleeping a little challenging, but still a great hotel!
- Driving down into the parking garage is quite an experience, the driveway is narrow, steep, and is at an angle from the road where it is accessible from. The cleaning staff collecting the robes in the evening had some language barriers, so figuring out what they were there for was a bit of a challenge. The restaurants have a short-ish opening time, and with obligatory booking, it's a bit difficult to figure out the timing. When we were there, there was a live music performance in the restaurant. We did enjoy it, the performers were good, the ambiance was great, but as we were seated just a few meters from them, it essentially made it impossible to talk above our dinner.
- We liked everything.

The hotel is great. A modern, well-designed and well-furnished building. The common areas are well-organized, spacious. The rooms are airy, you can feel the actual design effort going into them. They are well equipped, a pleasure to stay in.The staff is amazing, the hospitality, friendliness, and courteousness is top-notch. From the welcome ice-cream to the helpfulness of the staff it's all professional. The hotel has three on-site restaurants, we visited the bistro restaurant, had a great dinner, with delicious food and attentive and informative waiters. The breakfast was also great, varied, delicious options. The private sauna that came with the room was a great addition.

Lovely setting. Great Breakfast. Polite staff
The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful and the spa was very relaxing.
We liked everything.
The receptionist provided excellent information and care. The breakfast was varied and delicious.
The parking area is in the basement. The entrance and exit to the parking lot are quite narrow, so cars cannot enter and exit at the same time.
The amenities at Linder Hotel were fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, the spa area was well kept and perfect after long hikes and the staff was very friendly.
I can’t really say anything negative about this property. If I was being super picky, our shower may have had a leak somewhere, so I could see water on our bathroom floor at times, but it wasn’t much and it was under the sink / out of the way.
The pool was excellent, warm and very enjoyable. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel has several restaurants for dinner, and the food was delicious. The waiter was especially attentive and caring. Parking was convenient and easy. We also appreciated the complimentary public transportation card the hotel provided for the entire stay, which saved us the hassle of finding parking at local attractions.
The room was a bit small for our taste, and there weren’t enough power outlets, we had to plug in the kettle in the bathroom.
Very good breakfast and location. Great access to Sellaronda route.
The pumps in the bike room were terrible. Very nice hotel, but a stretch to call it a cycling hotel. .
Great location. The spa is included and was the perfect choice after 6 days of hiking the huts.
Good location, parking, friendly staff, good restaurants (but pricy, the whole area is), they offer mountainbiking tours and good ebike rentals which was my main reason to visit. The billiards table is a nice bonus!
Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, we requested additional pillows to help a littleNo temperature control in room, room is hot if outside is warmVery little light in room during evening, lacking light fixtures
Amazing resutarants and servicesThe pool is pretty small but for us it was enough as there was not so many people (there are just max 10 sunbeds)Very convenient location for a walk to enjoy the sights and also a short trip by car to ortisei or st Christina for hikes and cable cars
Excellent location. Great staff, food, drinks and pool. We had a room with a sauna which was so nice and relaxing, especially after spending all day hiking around the area.
Little temperature control in the room. Couldn’t get it below 25 degrees. Had to keep the patio door open all the time. Thing lighting in the room is terrible!!! I would say little to none. Bring a flashlight to see.
Parking, breakfast
We arrived late and went to shower to find our shower did not have any shampoo/body wash. When we informed staff they were unconcerned but the cleaning staff corrected this the next day. Really frustrating to not be able to shower our first night. The room and hotel are a little damaged. Our headboard had multiple scratches and divots and the sheets had rips in them. The night BEFORE checkout they left a piece of paper indicating they would collect the robes, pool towels and bag by 9pm that night and would enter the room to do so. Not sure why the hotel is so concerned with collecting these. What if you wanted to shower and use your robe the next morning or the pool which opens at 9am before checkout. The hotel and staff were cold and I do not think it was worth the money.
The spa was lovely, and breakfast was fantastic. The bar patio was beautiful, and the upper deck was a quiet and calming space to soak up some sun. The room was recently renovated and very clean.
It was quite warm in the summer even with the window open, and unfortunately the hotel is quite close to the main highway so there was a *bit* of traffic noise. It was very uncomfortable when the cleaning staff allowed themselves into the room around 8:30pm to collect our robes without warning.
The food and bar were great and the atmosphere of cycling was wonderful.
There is no air conditioning during the heat of the summer. To stay comfortable at night I had to sleep with the patio door open and got eaten alive by various small bugs.
Breakfast was great, made to order items as well as buffet style items, great selection and nice service at all the meals. I had dinner twice during my stay and both meals were excellent. I really enjoyed the sauna and pool area. After a long day of activities, it was very relaxing to come back and take a sauna and dip in the pool with the jets
The room was a bit warm and the controls didn't seem to work
Excellent location, room is big and breakfast is great!
Very clean and wonderful sauna / spa facilities. Large rooms and helpful staff. Excellent cleaning staff and commitment to fresh linen / facilities.
Overall good stay. No refrigerators in room surprised us, as we had groceries, but otherwise everything was top notch.
