Rooms were large and comfortable. Outlets were compatible with North American outlet types which is a huge plus and life saver. The property was beautiful and walking distance (~15min) to Val Gardena lifts for hiking and other outdoor activities. The town Selva doesn’t have a laundromat and you will have to go to Ortisei to do laundry (~15min drive).

Small charge for using coffee machine which wasn’t made clear if it was or wasn’t considered kitchen or not. Just used to American standard of having free use of coffee machine during room stay.

Super friendly staff and a great location – straight from the ski room onto the piste and back.Nice sauna, wonderful breakfast, and really comfortable rooms.It’s a bit uphill and about a 9-minute walk to the center, but honestly, the views from the rooms are worth it. I’d say some of the best in town.

Adorable and comfortable place in a great location. Perfect starting point for our hikes and walkable into town for food. We loved it.

Spectacular location! Room was spacious and lovely. It was pouring rain when we returned for the evening and the parking garage was an added bonus we didn't know we needed. My son had a little alcove with a curtain, which he really appreciated. My only regret was not staying more than one night.

Excellent location. Beautiful views of the mountains. Very quiet and lovely staff. The rooms are large and well appointed. Electric car charges in the garage are a bonus. Close to good restaurants.

Wi-fi could be faster.

The owner could make a stay more conducive if they had been better on certain provision eg tissue box, has a kitchen. But no sachet of salt n pepper, no coffee sachet, no kitchen towel, only one liquid soap dispenser to share between sink and shower area, pots do not have compatible covers, frying pan ladle etc. but the studio is located In a beautiful part of Selva de Val Gardena. Lady by owner is very friendly and speaks English but her partner is quick to say no English

CThe location of the hotel is especially well, as it’s far enough from the venter, but not far enough that the distance is any issue. The hotel is located in an elevation in reference to the center. This means it’s fairly quiet and easy to navigate from, in terms of doing activities. The local bus also stops about 100 meters from the hotel.

The beds were two singlebeds fuzed together, so sleeping with a partner was less than ideal as there were planks in the middle under the top mattress. The breakfast were somewhat expensive coming up to about 17€ each person, but you can eat all you want

Gorgeous views and great location. The host was very nice and upgraded us for free to a better room.

- The pillows were hard (we didn’t try to ask for softer ones because by the time we remember them it’s already bed time)- Not sure if there was a laundry service, but it didn’t seem like it - it would be very useful.- Towels are not included, had to rent them (albeit being only a small fee, it was weird to do so - first time i’ve seen that in Europe). I later saw that in the booklet, but i don’t think it’s mentioned on booking.

We loved the breakfast! There were plenty of options and they were all great!We loved walking around town and on the trails. The location and views were spectacular!

A fair walk into the village. Use of the Jacuzzi costs extra—€13 for 15 minutes.

Charming hostess, comfortable room in rural setting near both town & hiking trails, comfortable beds, free parking garage & delicious breakfasts wit homemade breads, jams & cakes as well as many other items. The view from our room was MAGNIFICENT!!!

The rooms were nice and the view is great! The garage was great for our car, and allowed us to drive around the towns for meals and shopping.

Ski out, but not really ski in. Nothing much to do during the day if you don’t ski, and there were times we missed the hotel lobby …. the wifi needs an upgrade and speed are intermittent and slow. Breakfast is pleasant, but you will need to care for your own lunches and dinners.
