Beautiful view of Selva from the room and breakfast was good. Close to the bus to get into town. Easy parking and nice Ski room.

The location is absolutely perfect and picturesque. Although buses are frequent, I never needed to use them. One of the ski slopes runs right behind the hotel, just a short walk away, so you can step onto it and go. The town is also just a brief stroll away. The host has exceptional knowledge about everything you might need—local attractions, buses, ski slopes, lifts, dining, shops etc

The owners were so kind and welcoming. Their hospitality and willingness to help us with our travels made our stay even better. The breakfast service was delicious and the views from our room were amazing.

Checking in process was confusing

Beautiful views, spotless clean room in modern look, comfortable bed, sockets by the bed. We didn't use TV, it was smaller than our laptop. Good breakfast. Great place to chill and relax. Far from the busy roads and noise. Good starting point for any activity, bike, or hike. Free Val Gardena bus pass to use during the stay, which is an excellent idea to reduce traffic and save yourself parking lack of space. .

No English speaking staff, so you have to learn German or Italian otherwise use internet for more info about activities. Wifi was a bit poor and outdated.

Bed mattress was quite used, hollow in the center, not comfortable. Sounds from other rooms very audible, like water running, toilet…rooms isolation not great

The whole experience was great, clean rooms, good bed, great breakfast, wonderful staff. A perfect place for a family or 1-2 or 3 persons, close to the slopes and city. Will definitely come back

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular with fantastic views of the mountains.

It’s further from the main town but easy enough to get to via the bus that stops outside.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and had terrific views. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect - parking was not a problem, and while there was a bus stop nearby we preferred the short walk into town among the trees and the birdsong.

Kindness of hosts. Generous breakfast. Awesome view from our room. The place was very clean. You can reach the Selva easily walking (10-15min) or bus.

Mattress were a bit uncomfortable. A fridge in the room would be nice.

The view is to die for. From the balcony of room 4, Sassolungo and the Odle group can be seen all the time. Wonderful breakfast with yogurt, eggs, cold cuts, fruits, bread, cheese. The room is spacious and clean. The owners are friendly and gave us a good introduction of the place, English is adequate to communicate.I will definitely stay again. Totally recommend!

If you don't have a car, it's 15 minutes walk to town, which is not much if you are used to hiking. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away running once an hour, which is convenient if you can match the time.

The breakfast was very satisfactory. The views were breathtakingly beautiful. The location was within a very quite and serene atmosphere. Great place. I highly recommend this residence.
