Pros +
- Location was excellent. Hotel facility was very nice.Breakfast food was excellent.
- Beautiful property with a great view out my windows. Staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and nice.
- The hotel had a great breakfast. We appreciated breakfast started early so we could begin hiking. The pool was very nice and my kids also enjoyed the trampoline. The hotel provided a pass for public transportation which we used to get to a chairlift. Our hotel room was clean and spacious, with a separate room for the kids. We loved the balcony.
Cons -
- First- Food service staff was inattentive and not well trained. Often forgot drinks, or even to serve food at dinner. They Seemed overwhelmed even when the restaurant dining room want that busy. Secondly, for a « luxury » hotel as they self proclaim, the nickel and diming was over the top- we stayed for 7 nights in a suite. For example, one bottle of complimentary water was provided for the entire stay, if you wanted a nespresso coffee pod for the in room machine, that’s an additional 1.5€ each (they provided three in total to start you off). I’ve stayed in many luxury mountain hotels in the Alps, this was the first that charged for water and coffee pods. At breakfast a three item omelette is included, but if you wanted a 4th item- that’s 5€ more. Glad I only wanted cheese, mushrooms and bacon…if I had added tomato or onion- €5! There were other things like that, but the point is made with those examples. I like to stay in nice places, but it’s too much to expect that a luxury property is going to have so many little add ons. It is a huge turn off.
- The breakfast staff weren’t as friendly as the rest of the staff at the property
- The room was warm at night, even with opening the windows. While the hotel is lovely, it was still quite costly.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Savoy. Our room was spacious and clean overlooking the mountains, breakfast was delicious open buffet with so many options. Highlight was the spa area, we ended our hiking days at the saunas and pool relaxing. Dinner is fine dining with delicious food and very elegant atmosphere.
Beautiful location, clean, modern, very comfortable, they had thought of everything.
Ideal location, very comfortable rooms and pool in the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best ever, not only because of the variety of products but also very local and health alternatives such as a lot of honeys types from around. The personnel was always very helpful and nice.
Room and balcony were spacious, and it was really clean. The staff were all wonderful --- polite, helpful, friendly. The food was delicious. Dinner presentation was lovely and the dishes were creative.
There was no ac as mentioned in the property listing. It was also not as secluded as pictures would lead one to believe; it was tightly surrounded by other properties.
Very clean and well presented, good value dinner.

The food, the staff and the facilities
The service at the hotel was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The beds were really comfy and the food was perfect. Highly recommend.
The attention of the staff was excelent. Also the food
The wifi signal was very poor in the zone of our room. No signal at all.
Absolutely fabulous stay. Great breakfask with excellent selection. Very polite staff. The bar at the lobby with great atmosphere enhanced with gentleman who took care of us. Snacks and apfelstrudel at the lobby after skiing was nice touch. The lift right to the slope was very stylish. Tha room we had was more classic style, I can see they do havealeso new modern style room, however the room was spacious, clean, with very comfy bed, big bathroom and balcony. Can only recommend this place.
Beautiful hotel with a great included spa and the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. The hotel has a nice view and is walking distance to the restaurants and shops in town.
The hotel was definitely the best part of a great skiing trip. The suite was spacious, we enjoyed the private sauna in the balcony every day. Getting into a hot steamy sauna after a day of skiing and watching the snow tractors leaving to fix the slopes while the last late skiers are rushing back home, enjoying the view in the balcony with a glass of beer - that is a feeling second to none.Hotel is well located, close to the center, right besides a blue slope that leads to/fom Campinoi cable car.
Hot water was sometimes barely hot enough, once at night even cold. But mainly ok.
One of the best experiences of my life. This hotel and especially the Sauna Suite is marvellous (and yes, expensive!).I had some special requests, and the staff went above and beyond. Truly remarkable.
Access to ski slope, wellness area and pool, excellent staff
Everything was outstanding, spotless perfect hotel in a prime location, with excellent food and very responsive staff.
Great dinner. Very friendly staff. Wonderful Spa.
very quiet and elegant hotel, room size was excellent and very quiet breakfast setup was excellent and very quietThe receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful.
It is, however, very expensive, and parking space is limited; if you arrive late, you will not be able to find a parking spot.
