No wifi in room and heat did not work and bed was not comfortable

My partner loved their buffet breakfast. The rooms were comfortable. Parking was right behind

Breakfast was good. Hotel is nice with beautiful view. Well connected with bus ( next to plan stazion bus station). Many nearby restaurants (although they were closed during our trip)

Lack of customer care

We, along with several other guests, got food poisoning from the restaurant's food on the third evening. (The restaurant staff also confirmed that one of the dishes had gone bad.) As a result, we were bedridden and missed 3 out of 6 skiing days on our vacation.We have not received any response or feedback from the hotel (despite even emailing the director as advised) regarding either any form of compensation for missing 50% of our ski trip or even an apology for what happened.Even though it is a 2-star hotel, one would expect some level of customer care — or at the very least, a reply to guests’ messages.

Great location, good food, very friendly and cooperative staff.

We were 3 adults in a room for two so it was a bit cramped with a lack of storage space.

Friendly and efficient staff, wide assortment of breakfast items, dinner was also good with a large variety of appetizers and desserts. Quiet clean room, fun game room and bar. Would recommend and return.

Clean, tidy and great location - just outside the ski bus stop l, which takes you both to ciampinoi and plan de gralba. Nice food in terms of breakfast and dinner.

There was no fridge in the room.

A great location with stunning views from the balcony. Our room was clean and very comfortable -and warm! Despite our room facing the road we found our room to be quiet, even with the thunderstorm and heavy rain we encountered on our last night. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even sourced a kettle for us to have in our room after we discovered the dining room was closed and coffee machines switched off out of hours. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll be sure to book in here!

The lack of hot water/drinks available outside of breakfast/dining hours was a little disappointing. There also wasn’t really anything vegetarian available for dinner but

The Hotel was good value for where it was located, not that far from the Col Raiser Skilift. The bar and games room, when they are open, look like they would be a good place to spend some time. Especially the outside eating/drinking area.

There were a number of facilities at the Hotel that were not open when we arrived (8 pm); the bar, the games room. There was also nobody working at the desk. At breakfast I had to go hunting for utensils in the kitchen as there werent enough put out for the number of guests. Also had to chase staff up to have more eggs scrambled. The only staff member present seemed to be trying to cover several jobs at once. Maybe it was near the end of the season, and they were running a skeleton staff, still, I wasn't that impressed. You pay for something - you should receive it.

Location and parking availability

Waiting to check in at reception for over 15 minutes until someone came to assist.Run out of cooked eggs at breakfast and staff were not prepared to cook more. The following day cooked eggs were available but cold. Overall breakfast was very poor. Maintenance on the hotel was being carried out during our stay. It was terribly noisy and had the power out until we found staff to render the issue.

Easy check-in with a responsive lady receptionist. (She also performed well as a waitress). Newly renovated room, clean, well lit and adequate size for 3 adults. Comfy beds & pillows. Balcony overlooking the private parking and facing quiet mountains above the hotel's backyard. Door locks and blackout shutters function well. Large bathroom with mountain view. Good WIFI signal. They were renovating other rooms on the 2nd floor and finished in the next day, without any annoying issues. We enjoyed breakfast with ham, cheese, croissant, and freshly brewed coffee. In the second evening, delicious dinner started at 7:15 pm, consisted of salad, broccoli soup, meat, fish and desserts. Since we ate out at Ortisei in the first evening, we're offered lunch packets prepared and ready for our leaving at 07:00 am instead. The Sudtirol guest passes, free gifts from the hotel, provided convenient transportations in Bolzano.

The hotel was amazing mainly because of the friendly staff, location and pristine clean facilities. Although there was language barrier, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly in trying their best to communicate. There was ample parking and nice views all around. The decor and ambience of the place was quite unique and cozy.

The location is great to do some hikes in the surrounding area. The group rooms where big so I can recommend this for group stays. The staff are welcoming and offered to give us some packed sandwiches when we missed our first breakfast.

The breakfast is very limited and the timings of the restaurant are uncomfortable. The room was not very clean as a tissue was lying on the floor and the bathroom fan was lying in the sink.

Did not like anything about the property

Room was dirty, location was far from town. Hotel was dark and old inside. No proper breakfast buffet. Breakfast had maggots in it.

Close to the bus stop, around 100m. They have lockers for the skies. It was warm in the room.

Restaurant wasn’t good at all, if you like the food by looking at it then you don’t need the option of the diners.

Staff is nice, location fine, surroundings beautiful. Salade buffet.

Sometimes the food was a bit over cooked.

Bed was a bit hard for my taste

Dinner was tasty.

Though the wifi didn't work well from our room on the level above the reception. The beds were also rock solid.

Nice stuff, free parking and breakfast, clean room

The room was very old, TV didn't work, no phone in the room to call reception, no water kettle in the room which was very necessary for the cold weather.

It was good to find somewhere open at a time of the year when most places in the area are closed and for a reasonable price. Instructions re arrival were clear and the welcome was friendly. The room was a good size for 3 beds, with a balcony and all we needed. The breakfast was good too. Plenty secure parking.
