Great location for ski-in/ski-out, modern large rooms, wonderful breakfast and kind, attentive staff.

The beds/mattresses are incredibly old/uncomfortable, the wellness area disappointing for the price you pay per night during the winter season.

Loved everything about this hotel—the location, staff, and breakfast were all fantastic. The room was bright, cozy, and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Great location with a grocery store just a short walk away. I’ll definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Alex, who was exceptional!

We did experience some noisy neighbors talking loudly late at night and early in the morning, but my wife kindly asked them to lower their voices and it was resolved. Other than that, everything was great.

Friendly staff, excellent location and lovely restaurant. The Bartender, Luca, was very helpful with hikes tailored to our needs and offered great advice on not only local places to see and stop but in the entire region. We would stay here again!

Everything, great value for a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable and the best shower ever! Friendly and kind staff who were welcoming and very attentive to every need. The amenities and breakfast were outstanding and highly recommend the fondue. Only wish we were the longer!

Beautiful scenery everywhere you turn. Good size rooms, excellent staff, large and delicious breakfast buffet.

It could use a hot tub in the spa area- but we knew it didn’t have one!

We absolutely loved the place, it was a wonderful stay, the bed was very comfy and the staff (Alex) attention was exceptional. Definitely a 10

The parking lot space is limited and we often needed to ask for help to park the vehicle

Staff is stellar, Alex, Bernadette, Luca the bartender, Barbara our server were all lovely people with lots of recommendations. Location was right off the main street with excellent views of the ski slope and mountains. Food, breakfast and dinner surpassed my expectations.

Wish there was a hot tub.

We enjoy the large and nicely designed bedroom, TV with many channels, nice toilet , balcony with mountain and the breakfast in a nice bistro . This is one of best modern hotel stay ever. We will come back to this hotel and enjoy a whole day if we come back to selva di gardena.

Better if with hot water pot.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location right on the slopes , rooms were lovely and comfortable , delicious breakfast with so much choice and the staff were so friendly and really helpful , really knowledgeable showed us the best ways to get around the valley

One receptionist was quite rude. Bathroom was extremely small.

Breakfast, bed, bed linens, and location!

Our room was super nice, but there is a fairly big space with a clawfoot tub in the room and two sinks. We didn't use the tub: there is a super nice sauna and Turkish (steam) bath downstairs. The bathroom in the room must have originally had no shower, but they wedged one in later? So, the bathroom that you will actually use is quite cramped. The room was expensive, but that might be the norm for the area.

Location and breakfast was good..

Very cold room.. too expensive.. we had two rooms in same price but one of them was twice big of other..

The mattress was extremely hard even by european standards and the square pillows were difficult to find a comfortable position.

We love the breakfast (really great). Exotic fruits, a lot of sweet deserts, great coffee. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. Right next to the ski lift.

I have to say that the room looked worse than on the image. Unfortunately the bed was one of the worst I ever slept, especially for 4star hotel and the prices. The mattress was worn out in U-shape. Second problem was really thin walls so you hear everything (shower, toilet, people talking...) And last think I had to paid extra for garage parking (I was not informed in advance).

Our bedroom had the tiniest bathroom! Hard to move in and out of shower. Otherwise the room was roomy and great
