Restaurant staff was very nice and food was good. House keeping service was very nice

Location was not ideal, it is not convenient for the the sky schools, even though they say there is a shuttle service provided they would not take us to the closest chair lift. So actually it was really inconvenient we had to drive every morning and search for parking

Some staff members were great, very nice location, breakfast ok

some other staff members were really unpleasant and unprofessional, in the end not the best value for money the spa

My room was very comfortable and they have a big parking lot

I got one of the most uncomfortable massages I’ve ever received there. The masseuse was rushing through it the entire time and gave me one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. Not to mention that he had my towel pulled way further down than it should’ve been and only helped move it up when I reached to do it myself. When I tried to tell the front desk guy about it he simply shrugged in a “so what? Not my problem” kind of way. I will never stay here again due to that.

Hotel charged 80eur per 2dogs per nignt without information of this rip-off price on booking.com. We also asked for late check out till 12 .00 because of short skiing in the morning and possibility to leave dogs in the room, the hotel was nearly empty (off season), but we were not allowed, we had to leave at 11. 00. Not customer friendly behavour of receptionist…

The hotel has a nice spa facility with five saunas and two jacuzzi. Location is also nice.

The price of bringing a pet which is 40EUR per day was not mentioned in the hotel policy. The hotel is hiding behind doggy explanation that charges might be applicable. It just gives impression that they try to rip you off. The stuff is difficult to evaluate cause few person were very friendly, when other not helpful at all and even repulsive. For exemple a clerk was very much surprised that on the last day of my stay I still wanted to go snowboarding and take shower in the hotel facilities. He even misinformed me that the hotel does not have such options even if the hotel have showers next to gym that could be used. On the top of that bed was uncomfortable and pillows were horrible.

Food was amazing. Rooms comfortable (bathrooms were exceptional).

Ski in but not ski out. This was made up by a hotel shuttle to a convenient ski lift. A short walk or very short bus uphill would also yield a different gondola.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept clean and tidy. Convenient location.

Breakfasts are good, but could have been more varied. I would like to see a kettle and a more modern TV in the rooms.

Spa bath in the room, location, a very well-equipped playroom for kids, and charming decor.

This is basicly a nice hotel with a good location, beautiful views and surroundings, precious half board, bright and clean rooms, a nice garden and pool area and generally rather OK staff and service. We really appreciated the generous breakfasts and dinners but our absolute favourite were the wonderful afternoon buffet between 2 and 5 pm and its´ many delicious desserts. Our compliments to Mattia in the bar for excellent service!

The room that we got didn´t at all match the description of our reservation made long time in advance. Our reservation explicitly was for a room with a balcony or terrace, a mountain view of the Sasso Lungo and a third bed 90-130 cm wide. We had chosen and paid for a superior room just to get all this but didn´t get anything of it despite our protests at arrival. Our room was to the rear with no view at all, there was no terrace or balcony and the third bed turned out to be only 75 cm wide and not more than 180 cm. We got only non acceptable excuses and offers of alternatives from the front desk manager and no compensation at all. The response we got were that all rooms in the hotel are different and that we got a sauna and a whirl pool instead. As we have these amenities at home this wasn´t anything that we wanted and particularly not in the summer. The alternatives that we were offered were not better; a much smaller room with some kind of mountain view and a side balcony but a smaller third bed and no space for another extra bed or to make an upgrade to some kind of premium room for 900 Euros!!! I´m also completely sure that there were better but perhaps more expensive rooms available most of the days during the week but maybe not the last days. We find the attitude shown towards us from the hotel and its´front desk manager completely unacceptable. We enjoyed our stay but the hotel didn´t at all deliver what we had paid for so we are terribly disappointed.Further more just som minor details. You should know that there is no lift/elevator in the hotel (we stayed at the top floor). The policy concerning the wine list is impossible to understand. Wines by the glass means only 10 cl and if you prefer a bottle the prices are extraordinary high even for simple or standard wines. The cheapest one at 30 Euros and almost no others under 50 Euros.

Location, Location, Location!! It’s a 4 min walk to the Col Raiser Lift and an amazing place to get back to after a day of hiking to relax by the pool or the spa/terrace. the dinner was amazing with a 6 course gourmet meal which was part of our booking and not expected at all! the entire staff was very attentive and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was a bit on the small side for 3 people. The pullout couch for a bed did not give much room for movement and the bathroom was quite small as well, only room for one person at a time. In addition our refrigerator did not work and even after multiple attempts to get the fridge fixed it never happened. and we were told it got swapped out which is wasn’t.

Stuff and breakfast - perfect. Large wellnes from 15 to 19 with 2 whirpools and 4 different saunas.

I expect espresso from coffee-machine, not from automat like from petrolstation.

A very nice hotel with kind and polite staff made our vacation wonderful. Very good services with an exceptional kitchen. I gladly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is perfect. Friendly staff, gorgeous dinner and service (it worth to take HB for sure), super hot sauna as it should be and enough parking place for all guests of the hotel.

The ski lift is far, so your need to drive or use hotel shuttle bus, but we knew about this before booking, so we were ok.
