Pros +
- The size of our apartment was perfect for a family of four. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was an easy walk to town and very central to the ski slopes. We appreciated the daily shuttle to and from the mountain and the gear storage room.
- Food was exceptional; exceeded our expectations consistently.Seamless cooperation with the ski rental partner.Service was fabulous, from ski shuttle to dining to housekeeping. Facilities were spotless.
- I didn't give it a 10 because of the mattress. However, everything else was absolutely amazing. We took the half board and it was like eating in a Michelin Stat restaurant. Every plate was delicious and nicely decorated. This is a family owned Hotel and the owners as well as the employees are super friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time booking the half board and we loved it, especially in the Dolomites, after a day of hiking you just want to settle in. Perfect stay.
Cons -
- Nothing. We loved the whole experience.
- The mattress was too thin and needs to be changed.
- Our room felt a little stuffy and warm because there was no fan or visible ventilation and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We slept with the balcony door open a little bit to let in some coolness.

The sauna was great and we used the facilities every evening after we came back from hiking. We enjoyed the abundant breakfast buffet and dinner. Good service and lovely room.
Our room felt a little stuffy and warm because there was no fan or visible ventilation and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We slept with the balcony door open a little bit to let in some coolness.
Rooms were very clean and large, the common areas were very nice, the sauna area was amazing and the pool was the perfect temp.
I loved it all!
Absolutely beautiful location, on the edge of town, quiet, super clean, excellent breakfast and dinner, friendly staff.
Beautiful location and property. Room was super comfortable. Loved the sauna on our balcony. Food was great and staff were really helpful.
Excellent staff , clean , comfy and rustic
Very nice family-run hotel with very good staff. Great breakfast buffet and very variable dinner menu. Small but very well maintained spa area. Our room was great, too, with a good amount of storage and space to hang ski clothes etc. We also had a balcony with a nice view.
The hotel is a little far from the village center and the cable cars to get to the slopes. However there is a free shuttle service in the mornings and afternoons to and from the valley stations, and one of the slopes from Plan de Gralba back down to the village ends maybe 200m from the hotel.
Lovely shaded outdoor pool and multiple relaxing sauna/steam roomsNice outdoor sun lounge areaKid friendlyHalf board dinner was OK breakfast was great! Free parking
We absolutely loved staying here, we traveled during early June and had a rental car during our week here. We were able to keep our car in the hotel's garage throughout our stay. The staff was very kind and attentive, we loved their insight and recommendations. The dinner provided was the perfect way to end the day after being out and about. We also loved hanging out by the pool after a day of hiking. Our room was very comfortable and clean as well.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
The room was beautiful and clean, the spa was amazing, the food was delicious, but most importantly, the service was top notch. Even though we checked in really late, the host was very responsive and accommodating.
Upon our arrival, we were immediately impressed by the stunning location. The staff displayed exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist, consistently ensuring our stay was flawless. The room was both lavish and cozy, offering a breathtaking view. The culinary experience surpassed all of our expectations. I would highly recommend Hotel Muliac.
The hotel is very nice, the dining was amazing. Hotel is placed in great location to choose not crowded Plan de Gralba lift for skiing. Hotel shuttle was perfect every day. We will come again.
Excellent location and service. Breakfast and dinner were phenomenal, staff super helpful and nice. All facilities were wonderful, simply a great place to base your ski holiday
WiFi in the room was average, that’s probably the only downside of the hotel, didn’t really bother us though as we had plenty of other things to do, stay was still amazing
Lovely hotel in the most beautiful area. Easy walk to hikes, restaurants and local cafe/bars. Spa was amazing with a great indoor/outdoor pool. Owners and staff were super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Can’t wait to get back here and bring our whole family.
Everything was excellent!!!
Staff is attentive, helpful and genuiely nice.Place is very quiet and clean.View is outstanding.Highly recommended.
This hotel is beautiful, the location for exploring the dolomites is fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for any more, friendly staff, great facilities and the food was lovely. The information providing about the surrounding area and the free local bus pass to make moving around effortless. Thank you for a great week in the Dolomites.
Nice apartment that was well organized and clean. Good amenities and convenient parking garage right underneath.
Given the price I would have expected 2 bathrooms in the apartment and cleaning, perhaps not daily but at least 2 or 3 times in the week. The location was also not clearly described on the website i.e. the apartment windows basically face onto a noisy and trafficked road.
The location is great and the sauna, spa and swimming pool are great, although I’m not a fan of fully heated outdoor pools as they are really bad for sustainability reasons.
I booked an apartment IN the hotel and didn’t mention on the english description it was on a different building which has a worse location. For starters, apartment window is right by the road, and to sleep with the windows open means you get all the noise road noise. And to enjoy the pool/Spa or any other service you need to go to the street and cross to the hotel. Imagine crossing in your bathrobe to enjoy the spa while raining. Really disappointing and again nowhere in the reservation was showing a different location or pictures from the different apartment building. So clearly misleading.
