- Very friendly and helpful staff, Mr. Sagi took the time needed to take us through the hidden gems (less touristy spots) around Costa Paradiso!Very comfortable and clean apartment with great facilities, at a walking distance from the beaches.
- Costa Paradiso is gorgeous and the resort is no different. Our two bedroom apartment was really beautiful and the outdoor deck with the swimming pool was amazing.
- The pool was lovely as was the sea view. The check in process and our host was very friendly, helpful and informative
Cons -
- Nothing - it was perfect!
- The beds weren’t that comfortable. It was cold and not a big enough duvet cover just a very light slim blanket.
- You can’t see from the photos that you’re part of a huge row of apartments which are closely packed in. There are A LOT of steps up to this apartment which we would not have chosen as I have a bad hip. I struggled to come and go. It was quiet when we went but that was because the apartments weren’t all occupied. At peak time, it would be noisy as you’re so closely packed in. Apartment is very basic. We were disappointed as the photos make it look very luxurious. There isn’t much space around the pool. There is no real beach nearby. The nearest one is concrete and the other nearby one is lovely but a long walk and again not great if your mobility is limited

Well located. Simple but has everything you’d need for this type of accommodations. Kitchen was well equipped and I liked the outside shower. Nice option on a hot day :)
It had no shared facilities (it’s all villa style). Would have been nice to have a pool.
Location to the beautiful li cossi beach, the outlook, the staff, and the area’s amenities ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.
Great location, close to Li Cossi beach, simple clean apartment. Nice to relax in, simple kitchen for cooking and nice outdoor area. Plenty of on site parking available.
Read the description carefully, despite the photos, not all the apartments have access to a swimming pool. It was very simple, there was no iron, no washing machine, only one air conditioning unit in a 2 bed apartment so had to sleep with bedroom doors open to stay cool.
The staff was incredibly helpful. I was stranded without a car and so being able to rely on them for directions and rides to bus top was excellent. Definitely a place you want to have a car in. Very remote and restaurants are a 15/30min walk away. Same with beach.
It feels like an apartment rental vs. a hotel. No restaurant in the hotel or other amenities.
Costa paradiso is a beautiful complex of villas integrated seamlessly into nature. It feels safe. There is one sandy beach 700m walk away and few access to rocky coast where you could swim. There are on site shop (decent but expensive) and some restaurants (mama mia pizza good quality)Mr Siagi is super nice and helpful
Our 2 bedroom apartment smelled of mould! and had leaky windows during heavy rain. It needs a refresh of kitchen, all cupboards smell badly of mould and overall decor is from 20 plus years ago. You can hear your neighbors easily, there is no soundproofing. Also there is only 1 AC unit in the corridor in between the rooms so you have to keep your doors open to get cold air inAnd lastly they charged extra 40euro FOR BABY COT which just leaves a very sour taste (after spending over 1500e for 7 nights) and feels something ryanair would do not a fancy resort They also need to sort their overflowing communal bin areas that attract wild boars
The location was wonderful. Close to the beach, centrally located in Costa Paradiso, surrounded by restaurants and nice walking paths. Unless you like to walk hills, you will need a car to get around, but all in all, a wonderful experience. Sagi was really great. He offered great hospitality, lots of suggestions for restaurants and good beaches and was always responsive for any questions.
The beds were very uncomfortable as we are accustomed to more cushion being from the USA. After a long day of sightseeing and the beach, a more comfortable bed would have been nice!
Nice apartment, good size rooms
The apartment itself is different from what is shown on booking.com. It becomes clear only a few days before when you need to provide your Check-in information.
Amazing view, well equipped kitchen and the most professional host.
I genuinely cannot think of anything - this listing was incredibly misleading, and the amenities fell short in quite literally every single way. It was the worst stay I've ever experienced - so much so that we left after the first day.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the accommodation was deplorable - it looked like a combination between a retirement home and a college dorm room. There were multiple stains on the (tiny) loveseat, a large brown stain at the base of the toilet (literally engrained into the floor), uncomfortable beds (rock hard), and a very bad smell. I consulted with a doctor, who recommended I leave the premises because the mildew was so strong smelling that it was causing me to have a headache and allergy symptoms.Accommodation: We ordered a two-bedroom apartment, and when we arrived they hadn't even made up the second bed. The second bedroom also had no night tables - literally just a bed. Neither of us felt comfortable sitting on the couch, because it had so many stains. The furniture was very shabby - either with visible damage and staining or the dining table, which was actually an outdoor picnic table.Amenities: It is important to know, amenities listed as "on the property" are actually just places in the town - they are not on the property by any means. You must leave the property to get food, beverages, or any access to the water. The restaurants, beach, bar, etc are all a drive away. There are no beach chairs, no umbrellas, no swimming pool. When we asked where the pool on property was, we were told "the ocean is your pool".Host: Mr. Sagi was nice, but on our tour made multiple disparaging comments about both American people and Italian people. This felt unacceptable, whether intended as a joke or not, and made us quite uncomfortable as two lone females staying on his property.Ultimately, we left after one night of our five night stay. The accommodation refused to work with booking.com to find a reasonable settlement given how misleading the property listing was. Even though we are out a ton of money, and booking.com has said that there is nothing they will do to help us, I have no regrets about leaving - it was that disappointing and gross.
Nice villa with a lot of space. Extraordinary good service by the staff. Close to the sea and a nice beach. A handful restaurants nearby. Possible to rent a boat nearby.
Sleepy neighbourhood. The pictures in the add showed several different villas, it was not clear which pictures belonged to the villa we were renting.
Exceptional Villa Experience with Outstanding StaffI recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the attentive staff, particularly Sagi. Sagi's dedication to customer service is unmatched; he went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The villa itself was stunning, boasting amenities and breathtaking views. The attention to detail in every aspect of the property was evident, and it truly felt like a home away from home.Throughout my stay, Sagi and the rest of the staff consistently exceeded my expectations, making me feel more than welcome and ensuring that I had everything I needed. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly set this villa apart.I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a luxurious getaway, this is the perfect destination. Thank you to Sagi and the entire staff for an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return!
Nothing I didn't like
The villa was stunning, very large grounds, lots of facilities, beautiful view.Walking distance to an amazing beach, few restaurants and a local shop.Large spacious villa, bbq facilities, clean large pool.
Slightly remote area especially if the weather is bad. Nearest town probably 20 mins drive. Could do with a few more local restaurants. No dislikes about the property it is extremely well maintained and comfortable for a family of 5.
The swimming pool was definitely the focus point of this property, it was absolutely Beautiful. Also, Mr Sagi who greeted us on arrival was very kind and extremely helpful. I was given a tour of all of the local beaches and restaurants included some great tips for our short stay here. Thank you so much Mr Sagi.
Saschi was a great host, showing us around the hole area to make sure we could get out the most of our stay. The place and the pool and the view was fantastic.
The area is beautiful but remote so this apartment is best for someone that wants to stay put. The complex is built on a hill so walking isn't the most convenient way to get around. The local beach is amazing but requires a 20 to 30 minute walk and parking is tough....no restrooms at the beach but there is a nice beach bar with lounges for rent. The view from the place was amazing and unbeatable. We enjoyed having the pool but it's not heated so a bit chilly. Unique property on hillside. Mr. Sagi was very helpful. There are a few decent restaurants within driving distance.
Very remote - at least one hour from doing other activities. No gas stations nearby. They call it a resort but it's really just a nice two bedroom cottage. No beach towels, which seemed strange and no shampoo or conditioner or body wash available. As a suggestion they might simply increase the price a bit and provide "Sardinia" beach towels that guests could take home after. Some waters in the fridge for when you arrive would be nice as well.
Property has great amenities, wonderful pool and also amazing staff. Mr. Sagi greets you upon arrival and even provided a tour of Costa Paradiso so that you know where to visit and how to get around.
Beautiful location, great outdoors, very clean. Loved the wonderful terrace and the pool. Someone cleaned the pool every day and the gorgeous sun bed was a cool addition. The property manager Sagi was great, always there to help. He arranged an early check in, gave us a tour of the area and provided us with lots of tips of this part of the island.
The house was a little basic equipped. Everything necessary was there, but for a family of four there could have been a few more things like large bowls and cutting boards.
