White Olive Elite Laganas

Excellent customer service, great and very friendly, welcoming staff, they helped us with everything we needed. The all inclusive was great, very good food with plenty of variety and choices. Cleaning the room each day, changing towels and bed sheets. Great drinks at the pool bar and some entertainment twice per week. The pools were also very nice with plenty of sun beds.

The fact that it was actually not a resort, it was small with only one all inclusive resraurant and little entertainment or options for activities. The hotel also does not have a private beach with reserved sun beds and you need to walk 5 minutes in the sun to the beach, and get lucky to find sun beds for which you need to pay. We had a family room where the 2 single beds for the kids were only separated from the parents bedroom by a glass door, which was pretty useless. The shower has no door and it ia at the same level with the rest of the bathroom, so each time we has a shower, the whole bathroom was full of water.

The hotel is new , clean and confortable rooms. Nice pool and not so far away from the beach. Special thanks to Sira , she help us with everything we needed.

The food is not so good , not enought variety . The all inclusive drinks with low quality juices.

Good location the rooms were a great size we had a family room and as usual in Greece quite a firm mattress. The restaurant was a nice size with plenty of choices . Two swimming pools which were good and plenty of sunbeds lovely roof terrace on top of pool bar. The staff were brilliant nothing too much trouble.

There is a terrace for outside dining but this was no good for us as you were allowed to smoke there which is not a nice experience when you are eating your dinner . The music was like party/rave music all day even at breakfast it wasn't too loud but I would have preferred nice chill out music. The drinks were okay but I drink Malibu which for some reason they didn't have a local brand of so I ended up have their version of barcardi with coconut syrup which really wasn't the same.

It was indeed an exceptional stay. Everything is perfect most especially the facilities, very delicious foods, very friendly staffs and above all I would like to have a special shout out to the Service Manager, Alexandros. He really made our stay unforgettable. We never met such a personnel with so much passion in his work. Always good mood, big smile, helpful and attentive. Kudos to the whole staff! ?? ?

Loved the location, various types of food on offer at meal times. 5/10 minutes away from the beach. Can't wait to return within the next couple of years.

Nothing loved the experience and will be booking again

Everything, including our room, was so clean. The hotel offers a variety of food wich makes it enjoyable for everyone. The personal deserves a huge compliment for making the hotel as good as it is.

Everything was good.

Nice small-medium sized hotel with a great pool area that is the perfect size for the number of guests. We thought the food was of good quality, especially for an all inclusive. The staff were amazing - the manager (Alexander?) went above and beyond and was so lovely. He made sure to be at reception for when we were leaving so he could say his goodbyes. The people on reception were great too and gave loads of great local recs!

It would be good to have some more entertainment in the evenings and some more fruit at the buffet.

Food was very poor.Plenty of variety for all types but the quality of the food is very bad.Also after 23:00 you have to pay for your drinks until that bar closes at 01:00am

Everything went great, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and very helpful. The food was mostly good as well. The highlights of this hotel are the pools, which were cleaned on a daily basis and we always had enough space to relax there.

Some of the foods were not that great. Still, there were many types of them to choose from for each meal, so I couldn't complain at all. After all, everyone can find something for their taste. :)

The hotel has a bright airy feel, with nice size rooms - and also very clean. We thought the all inclusive range was good. Staff all very friendly and pleasant.

Zero evening entertainment, breakfast finished at 10am then no snack bar until 11. Snack bar set up is strange and slow.

When we arrived we were amazed by the hotel’s aesthetic, from the reception through the hallways and the room also. The view from our room was incredible, so how clean our room was. Not to mention the pool, the bar and every tiny piece of the hotel. Everything was clean. They helped us book travels on the island, anytime we had questions, they helped us. The staff of the restaurant was organised and I got to highlight our favourite member, the restaurant and bar manager Alexandros (we took a photo with him), who is far the most sweet and helpful person we ever met. He is an example any staff member should be at restaurants and bars. He helped us also with any questions and was talkative. Cold drinks were always available, the high range of tasteful foods are something we still miss? Hope to go back soon to this place! ?

No negative things to mention.

Overall it was a nice stay, I can recommend it. The hotel is located right next to the main road to Laganas so make sure you book a pool view room if you want quiet nights. The food was varied and good, but nothing special about it. There were options for vegans and vegetarians as well. You have quite some cocktails included and they were good. There was a big bottle of water in the fridge that you can refill at the bar.The outdoor pools are clean and crowded sometimes during the day, but there are enough sun beds for everyone. The room was not so spacious, but clean and well maintained, as well as the balcony. The Swedish massage we did was awesome (extra cost).The reception can help you with excursions or boat trips if you are interested, as well as car/moto hires. They can prepare for you a lunch box if you want to.Big thanks to every staff we interacted with! Lovely people, always smiling and willing to help. Keep being awesome guys, your attitude is top!

Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning: the tap water is smelly, salty and not potable. I don't know if it's only in Laganas or the whole island.It would have been nice to have a drying rack on the balcony so that we don't have to use the chair handles or the rail to dry the towels and the clothes! In our room the hair dryer was broken (the fan was not spinning). We noticed the reception but no one came to fix it during our stay.I have a sensible sleep and I had to use ear plugs for 2 or 3 nights because the door is not well insulated and you can hear every noise coming from the hallway.

Excellent staff but I didn’t love the location for a family was more of the party side of the island :) but staff were excellent and made our stay there.

I thought the range of food was good given the price point. It would have been nice to have some more quality options on some nights at cost.

The location. It was almost entirely landlocked which meant very little breeze flowed through.,

Nice pools, nice and spacious rooms, stuff well trained and great interaction, food OK-ish for all inclusive.

Location is at 10 minutes walking distance from the beach....not so bad the walking....but the surounding are dirty (not related to the hotel of course) and the nearest beach is simply dirty, with loud terraces with questionable music....

Our family had a two week stay in White Olive Elite Laganas this summer and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful Greek island. Our check in went very smoothly and the hotel does not lack amenities. They had towels for rent and bottled water readily available for a small cost at the front reception. The buffet menu changes every single day and the food was extremely enjoyable and delicious. I believe they had a 7 day menu which meant that every day in the week the menu changes and they feature different cuisine each day such as Spanish or Italian and so on. They have a wide spread daily and the chefs are really good at what they do.The restaurant staff are extremely diligent and work very fast. They clean up the restaurant very efficiently and are so welcoming every time we stepped in. They are so friendly with children and our 1.5 year old daughter likes them so much.The front reception staff are always helpful and ready to assist in any way. They booked taxis for us multiple times and also were able to arrange for laundry washing. They are very accommodating and flexible during our check out process and went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable until our 4pm flight. They made additional arrangements at no extra cost or obligations and were even apologetic for not being able to extend our check out time (not their fault at all; the rooms were all fully booked). I would like to add that the service staff in Zakynthos island are all very professional and friendly and it shows in the way they provide their services. We are happy that we came!

The only area I noticed that could use some improvement is the showers in the rooms. The water temperature tended to fluctuate, making it challenging to find and maintain the right temperature. Oh and the pool could have stay open a little longer :)
