We loved it,Very clean and kind staff very helpful when you need something and swimming pool was very very clean.

We just dont like when they put on booking there’s free shuttle from airport which is not true.And the food for 5 days we stayed there they serve same food everyday its just different type of cooking .the dessert and breakfast its the same every day.

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised! The food was simply excellent – diverse and very tasty, with something new to try every day. The room was cleaned daily, always tidy and neat. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the bar with its amazing cocktails, and the ice cream were an absolute delight! My stay was fantastic, and I will definitely come back again!

The only downside was the gym, which turned out to be completely non-functional. It’s unclear why they display photos of it if you can’t actually use it. I had to go to a paid gym instead, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Disappointing Experience with Some HighlightsDuring our recent stay at the White Olive Premium Laganas Hotel in Zakynthos, we unfortunately had a less-than-satisfying experience. While the hotel has some positive aspects, several areas require urgent improvement.Firstly, the food in the restaurant was disappointing. It was often cold, tough, and lacked variety. The same dishes were served almost every day, which became monotonous after a while. The bread was extremely dry and certainly not of the quality you would expect from a 5-star hotel.The pool bar also fell short of expectations. The atmosphere was dull, with the same music played day after day, both during the day and in the evening. The lack of variety in the music made the experience feel repetitive. Additionally, all drinks were served in disposable plastic cups, which significantly detracted from the sense of luxury.In terms of location, the hotel is situated right next to a busy road, and the pool is adjacent to both the parking lot and the street. This created noise and a lack of privacy, which made the pool area less relaxing than we had hoped.Another disappointment was the quality of the toilet paper, which was simply inadequate. It was of very poor quality, and you had to use a lot to ensure clean hands. This was both inconvenient and unpleasant, and not what one expects from a hotel of this caliber.However, there were some positives. Mery, the bartender, deserves a special mention. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and her warm personality was a bright spot during our stay. Employees like her are vital to creating a welcoming hotel environment, and the hotel would do well to keep her.Overall, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. The hotel has potential, but several areas need immediate attention to meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment.

I loved the pools, location- walking distance from the beach. The staff was super nice and friendly and helpful. Good food for all meals.

The music during the day at the pools, perhaps it could be less loud. A bit cramped up dining room, but still big enough and with nice selection of food

It was well thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. The food was delicious and rich. You could eat diverse and feed children. A lot of Greek food as well, so you could get acquainted with the culture. The room was cosy and clean. Good isolation. The staff were friendly and assisting. It is close to the beach, the swimming pools are great area to relax. We were very happy to stay there and definitely recommend to friends.

First of all BIG BIG thumbs up for the staff, specialy receptionists: Iota, Kostas, Jenny and Mary !We got free upgrade of our room on arrival ! Also slightly later check-out at the end was arranged without a problem and no extra fee ! And we also recived a welcome gift at the first evening !- you can change the beach towels everyday- good, delicious food, plenty of choice- ice cream in the restaurant / bars - shower has good preassure, quick adjustment of temperature, good drainage- good pillows (big plus for me !) and very comfortable beds !- noise isolation was good enough- parking infront of hotel - good / OK location (couple of mins to the beach and some 5 to main street)- good enough WiFi throught entire area of the hotel property- very quick waiters, not crowdy restaurant- everything is clean- friendly and flexible staff- big room with enough space to store all the things / clothes- good working AC- big lobby area with many sofa's to wait upon early arrival or later departure

in general there was not a single thing we didn't like ! Only couple of tiny tiny details which are not that important:- "anti-theft" cloth-hangers (just my personal non-liking, otherwise not a big deal)- gym could be better equipped (again, not a big deal !)- TV could had more channels to choose from, wider variety (not a big deal)- water in the taps & shower is a bit salty (not a big deal for us)

Just about everything is great / if you want 5 star ? holiday in zakintos / laganas; choose white olive premium hotels / everything else is a compromise...

I was willing to extend my holiday in zakintons for three more days and then hotel couldn't accommodate me

The hotel was clean and staff were very nice. But the food was absolutely awful really bad considering we was fully inclusive we had to eat out all the time.

My husband has Parkinson’s and they have recommended for him to swim but every pool there are no steps to hold on to getting in and out I even saw children and young ones slip on the stairs Leaving the buildings to get on to the road yet again no railing to hold on to so had to help all the time.

Our stay was amazing. Modern rooms, pools areas very nice and clean, always find sunbeds, good location- close to the beach. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Delicious food, and so many options. Really worth it to stay here, planning to return.

Super friendly and helpful staff. High cleaning standards. Modern and comfortable rooms. Four different swimming pools and big restaurant. Quality of food was satisfactory. Location close to the beach and within walking distance to the town center.

My room was over the bar and noisy until the bar was closed. Tap water salty so difficult to brush you teeth with tap water.

All I can say is that everything was PERFECT !! Like whatever you expect from a good hotel , you could find in this amazing hotel . The food was so delicious and had great diversity , the staff were really nice, helpful and welcoming , the room and the hotel area , the pool was so clean . I will definitely go back to this hotel , loved it so much! ?
