Astir Palace Hotel

Apart from the coffee, everything was perfect, great food and excellent location, staff was very friendly and helpful.

All inclusive drinks are very poor,

There was a mix up with rooms. Management reacted excellent and offered a dinner i return. The staff is very helpful and friendly.On top we left a wallet and Management sent us free of charge.This is a family run Hotel and management is always present also helps out cleaning even!Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

The rooms could use some refurbishment but its very clean and price value is excellent!.

Location is amazing. Sandy beach, shallow entrance to the sea, warm water. Shower near the beach.

Snack bar included in All-inclusive price was really poor. But we didn't really care, we didn't come there to eat. We just think it was not the snack bar that should be advertised in All-inclusive price. Those who go to vacation to eat will have complaints about small selection of food in the hotel restaurant, but then again they should go to vacation to a fastfood institution. We came here to heal our minds and find a small measure of peace, which this place definitely offers aplenty if you know where to look. Thank you for that.

The outdated furniture, the outdated bathroom appliances, the bad quality products served on breakfast ( No taste vegetabile, salty feta, bad coffe).It Was Not a 4 stars hotel

Party Hotel, awful noise every night, not for relaxing or family stay!

Everything, the food was great, people there were very nice and helpfull and the location is just perfect.

Some fruits and ice cream at snack time would have been great.

The hotel has a great location in our opinion. Not in the very crowded part of the beach but not in the wild either. We went there in August and was suprised to have free AC Wifi and fridge. (We went there a year before and i remember having to pay for the fridge and wifi. we only paid for the fridge since i had plenty of roaming). However Wifi signal is not very good. The room is big enough and clean. Seaside view is wonderful but v noisy so this year we went with partial seaside view. The hotel is right on the beach and there is a restaurant where you can get drinks or eat at lunch. Right across from the hotel there is a great tavern where we ate every evening.

The breakfast is pretty much the same, with little variation, but enough to choose from. The fruit offered were sometimes not replenished.

We have been to Astir Palace last year and we liked it. But this year our stay was even much better. Extraordinary variety of food and very tasty. Very clean, every day cleaning of the room. Very polite staff. Free Wi-Fi already, free AC already ( in comparison with last year, it was paid). Free safe already. First line hotel, the perfect place for vacation and rest. Going around town lots of arrogant people working in restaurants no patient in explaining

Location was perfect, close to many restaurants we found alot of place were staff were arrogant and not patient around town, u deal with tourists u should be able to speak Abit of English international language

Basic hotel style, great location and affordable.

The wifi was horrible. Couldn't connect from my room. No valid reason was provided except high traffic and demand on the internet.

advertising a pool which we couldnt swim in cracked tiles in bathroom and no tv for English speaking people to watch if they call this place a tourist place its far from it I am so angry that I wasted my money coming to this city

Location is unbelievable, walk outside hotel unto the beach of one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Breakfast Buffet also was great, Astir Palace thank you for an unforgettable island stay

they give no beach towels though are beachfront hotel. so people take towels from the room. Expect to have a lot of unnecessary paper things done - you will get special paper voucher for pool sunbeds (beach sunbeds are charged 6 per day). you will also get wifi codes printed but only if you ask. nobody offers them in the reception on check-in hoping that you will not ask :). and you discover that wifi is not working only in the room. so you have to walk again to the reception to get it. I was unpleasantly surprised that hotel provides no drinking water in the room which is common elsewhere in the world.and the fun thing - you may find TV room in the hotel. seems like staying in the hotel of 80'ties :)

The location great if you are looking something next to the city centre but in a more calming area. The room is big, with a great sea view.

The furniture is quite old, looks like 80s style, probably because of that the bed was quite noisy, but the mattress was ok. But the worst part for me it was the bedroom. There is a bath and a shower together, but there is no holder for the shower. To wash your hair you have to hold the shower all the time and also, the number of lights are not enough. There are just 2 light spots and they are week, and during bath with the shower curtain closed is a little bit dark inside.

We paid around 900 for 6 days all inclusive. Food was the same every day. No variation whatsoever. The all inclusive customer are treated like low cost customers. Non alcoholic drinks and beers are served in 150ml glasses. So if you want a pint, you need to stay in line for 10 min, three times. They have proper pint glasses, but they use it for ,, the paying customers".When asked for a bigger glass they said ,, for all inclusive, we can use only this one ". Absolutely disappointed

Breakfast was nice, pool and beach

Room outdated, the hotel needs an upgrade for the furniture and toilets. Wifi is a disaster and the fashion they hand you in the remotes and keys is very old. I just need a fob, not a door key + magnet to activate electricity + fridge key + safe key + TV remote + A/C remote too much
