The attention was amazing.. Antonio and his wife speak Italian and English. They are so kind and ready to help. Great location for visiting beaches and explore the land.

The TV only has Greek channels. If you want to watch TV during your stay (we had to on a rainy day) you better learn Greek. Otherwise all good.

Very friendly owners and well kept.

The shower was very small, and even with the curtain fully closed, water would leak all over the bathroom floor. Since towel service was only offered every second day, we had to use our limited supply just to keep the floor dry.To make matters worse, there were no pool towels available on two out of the three days we stayed. We ended up having to go out and buy towels ourselves, which really shouldn’t be necessary at a hotel.Another frustrating issue was the noise from the top floor guests were dragging chairs and partying late into the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. While I understand that’s not entirely the hotel’s fault, the sound insulation was clearly lacking, and everything could be heard in our room.Overall, these issues added up to a pretty uncomfortable stay.

There is no breakfast included but you can bay stuff and prepare in the apartment

We stayed at Jenny's hotel for 7 days the experience is excellent!You will be greeted by an excellent receptionist and friendly staff, the receptionist will go over and beyond to his own responsibilities and will give you some heads ups for the area, don't hesitate also to ask him about where it is good to go for sightseeing!The staff are good at what they're doing in the pool bar excellent service and good coffee ( we didn't order their breakfast though they offer some selection for breakfast and snacks during the day) pool is clean with the surrounding area to be exceptional they even have a hammock.The cleaning room service is on another level they keep everything clean and tidy for your accommodation and pleasure ( clean towels every day change the bin bags every day also in the bathroom)In general it worth's the 3 star rating since to achieve a 4th one that would mean more facilities but the concept is to be as close as possible to a chill and relaxing atmosphere! For sure you'd like to rebook there

It’s very clean

Panagiotis was such a welcoming and lovely host, the room and all facilities were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely. It is just up the road from restaurants and a short stroll to the sea and many more bars and restaurants.. in a perfect spot for relaxing, dining, swimming for a lovely relaxed holiday. Thank you ?

The staff was really friendly and nice

We had problems with booking and the reservation. Due to bad weather we could not take the ferry, and had to change to one night less, but still had to pay full amount + extra fee for modifying, so we ended up paying a lot for one night....no discount or anything was offered

The lady on reception and bar was lovely, friendly and helpful.

The man was rude and shouting. The room lacked essential utensils like can-opener, bottle opener etc. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it (the drain was useless), even though we were careful to ensure the curtain was properly situated, making the floor tiles absolutely deadly. There were only 2 towels (one of them small) per person, which you had to put on the bathroom floor to try and stop yourself from slipping up, only to have them removed by the cleaner and NOT replaced. The swimming pool is full of kids all day and then shut at 8pm, so unusable if you want a quiet swim. PUT THE POOL CHEMICALS IN AT MIDNIGHT, SO ADULTS CAN ATLEAST ENJOY THE POOL IN THE EVENING.All-in-all I would NOT recommend this hotel. The only saving grace was that I paid a rock-bottom price as a last-minute deal, so didn't waste money on it.

The pool area was great, the views from our hotel room was amazing. Many different restaurants and tourist shops very close to the hotel. Beach was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, which was great.

The air conditioning situation was poor. It was very very hot when we went, 40 degree weather. Our room was quite big, with 5 beds, and we had one tiny AC, which did not do much, even after it was on for hours. We were sweating most of the time and found it hard to sleep at night due to the heat. I would suggest that with a room that big, the AC should be bigger. Or else, we could have been allowed to keep the AC on even when not in the room, to keep the room fresh, as we were told not to keep it on (which is understandable).

Lovely spacious room, super comfy bed, room cleaned daily and all the grounds kept clean and tidy. A lovely relaxing atmosphere with a really nice pool area. With tavernas and restaurants a few minutes walk. But mostly the lovely welcome from Pan and his staffPerfect

It was perfect for us… no complaints

Clean, large rooms, lovely view from all the balconies, lovely pool, nice bar area. Very good value breakfast.

General over all atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. Staff especially the cleaning ladies were both extremely friendly and very loving towards the children. Very clean hotel and perfect quiet locations close to lovely restaurants, the beach and little local shops.

Food menu could have had a little more variety especially for the children.

The hotel have in good place, Beach and centre few minutes by walk.

I guessed, and was fact my room was gave for other guests because my flight delayed. Hotel staff was surpised why we arrived around 23.00 , akthough check in valid till 24.00 We have got room with 2 extra beds not normal beds for children. Next day we have got other room buit we were disspointed and it was not comfort. The price for ths is room is very high, for this price last year we ahve got 100% better hooel in Creta! Evgenia (hotel ) was very nice and tried help to us and my wife had this night birthday, and we have got one bottle sekt.After change the rooom, the bathroom was not that category which in the pictures before booking. But we wanted make no further things to do.In apartman have not so much things, for exampel for 4 person only 2 chairs in balcony.

Quiet, familiar place in Agios Sostis. Very friendly staff. We were in room 105, there the wi-fi was so weak, we had to go out to the bar to get the connection. Wondered why the pool is closed after 8pm. It has very good water and romantic feeling at night.

The wi-fi was very very weak in the last room.The bed was too soft and short for us.

The facilities at the hotel were very comfortable, we felt that we were in home all the time. The guys Antonio and Evyenía were very kind and friendly with us in every moment. Totally recommended this hotel!!

Just great peaceful ambience with friendly staff and not to many rooms. It's situated close to sea and fun, yet is quiet and relaxing.

The location we perfectly situated away from the noise of the busy clubs but close distance to beach and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the pool area was perfect!

Fantastic accommodation and very friendly and welcoming host! Jenny was very accommodating with our delayed flight and waited for us to arrive with a happy face. The room was very large and missed nothing(from a cool fridge to a cooker with oven, crockery and pans) . We had everything we needed, the room was lovely and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. While there was no dish washing detergent, the cleaners washed everything every single day! Many thanks! They offer breakfast on request for 6 euro each and 4 for children under 12 years and also have food for lunch and dinner at cheap prices and a bar! The beach is max 5 minutes anyway and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around! Excellent location and accommodation with value for money. Highly recommend and would definitely come here again!
