Hera Zakynthos Hotel

Was the best price we could find for a hotel with good reviews in the area. It had a nice pool and was close to the entertainment and nightlife in Laganas.

I think the air conditioning hurt me and my girls throats a bit while we were there. It might be because we aren't used to airconditioning though.

Very clean and well maintained room. Family run who really look after you. Good value

Very nice staff, clean, plenty of parking, quite firm beds

We had an amazing stay at Hera hotel! The staff is so friendly and they have a lovely swimming pool! The room is basic, but fine. Airconditioning works good. Thank you so much! Greetz from Holland

The hotel is quite far from the city. You have to walk for like 20 minutes.

Awesome staff, very helpful. The food is quite nice for a fair price. The hotel arranges taxies for fair prices too.A special thanks to the person that runs the restaurant, a very nice guy that does his job very well!!

The beds were not very comfortable. The tap water tastes very salty for some reason. The temperature of the shower changes randomly.

Quite place located in a few minutes from the central part of Laganas. The room was very clear with a view to the pool equipped with all the necessary things. The owners were very kind, and the food of the pool bar was good.

Wonderful hotel, lovely location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist-Maria-ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the premises was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection also the service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped, comfortable, stylish decorated, bright and spotless. Bar and pool on site. Private and secure garage parking for free. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Interior of the room looks new and clean. The staffs are really friendly. The location is closed to the airport.

Poor design of the shower room and there is no way to not flood the floor when showering. The shower place has no curtain or door to prevent water coming out. The reception staff is never there, making it difficult when needing helps.

security at night, loads of pool side sun beds

Expensive jewlerry taken from my room

Great facilities and had anything you needed, staff honestly couldn’t do enough for you and were available at all times.

A little far from the main strip but easily reached by taxi that reception would sort out for you!

Hotel rooms were really spacious and clean, the host was so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help throughout the stay. Went as a family, the kids loved the pool area, exceptional value for money

Nothing, completely happy with everything.

the pool, the quit of the areea and the owner.very good recommendations regarding good restaurants and tourist objectives.

Great pool and bar area. The A/C in the rooms was fantastic and the wifi worked well.

The host Maria was extremely helpful and always available to assist us. Hotel is clean, beds were comfortable, great pool and bar, and friendly staff who made sure we had a great time there. Amazing value for money too - would highly recommend this place!

The swimming pool is just perfect to swim and to play. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff!!! Because of them we saw the most beautiful places on 'Zante'❤️ in very good and comfortable way! The rooms are big and you can eat on the taras. Very quiet place, but not far from the shops and the town and the airport. Very good food as well in very good prices! We had there really great time with our family! Thank you!

There is not enough facilities to cook, but even the breakfast is cheap and very tasty. The air conditioning could be better.

Clean service daily (clean towels and bed sheets, nice and clean swimming pool, space for parking always available, air conditioning working properly). Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Great and affordable breakfast, I recommend to order pancakes ( they are delicious!). The hotel is situated close to the airport around 15 min, it is close as well to the beach and several shops and clubs less than 10 min and even do the area is perfect to rest as it is not noisy.

Nothing all was great!

The pool was nice (it has both deep and shallow parts). The staff was helpful; even though it was quite late when we arrived, they were available and tried to fulfill our requests (like we asked for blanked and they brought us a few).

The bed sheet was not completely clean, we could see some stains. There was no ventilation system in the bathroom and it was only a window; we didn't open the window as there were insects that could enter the place and make us frustrated while sleeping.

Very friendly staff , clean hotel , nice location !!

The gyros were the best

The friendly owners and staff
