Wifi does cut out time to time

Its location was great- off the strip of clubs far enough you didn’t hear it but close enough to walk there or to the cameo island. Was there for a wedding reception at vezalis and it was perfect for that!Alma in the kitchen staff was amazing for making sure I had stuff to eat as someone who was allergic to gluten. Hotel reception was also really helpful in ordering taxis and figuring out where to go!

The cleaning wasn’t done proper, the hotel it’s nice but looks a bit forgotten needs a bit more of care, there is a fee they charge you on the property ( hidden fee ) I’ve been told it was city tax kind of tourist fee but I’ve searched everywhere and I couldn’t find this information about this fee to be paid on the check in day, my booking app was saying taxes and fees included and I had to pay 12€ more that is fine, I didn’t care too much but it’s something they must tell you from the beginning when you are booking the hotel also the bathroom had a very bad smell of death coming from the shower drain, the breakfast it’s the same thing the whole week they should change it a little bit to make it better, but anyway nothing to complain about the staff they were super nice and welcoming us in the best way and I felt very comfortable with the way we have been treated, I would say from 1 - 10 obviously 10 stars for the reception?

Has a nice location, nice pool and good value for the money. Staff is also friendly.

We stayed 4 days and they never changed our showering gel. They didn't even clean once for some reason. The water at the shower is quite bad and salty. The breakfast is also pretty bad.

On a positive note, the reception staff was polite and friendly and did they're best to help, but sadly, that was the only redeeming feature of our stay. I won’t be returning to Natalie Hotel and would advise others to think twice before booking, for such a high price that we paid I expected more.

I recently stayed at Natalie Hotel with my family and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. To start with, We found bed bugs in all four of our beds after discovering the bite marks on our legs, which was absolutely horrifying. The idea of trying to sleep on those infested and stain filled mattresses was unbearable, and it made for a very uncomfortable stay. What made it even worse was that the cleaner didn't even bother to change the bed sheets—they just remade the beds, leaving the same infested sheets on or either the new sheets were stained too. As if that wasn’t enough, the breakfast buffet that was included in the price was a complete letdown. The scrambled eggs were not just overcooked—they tasted burned and bland, after a few days we gave up and started going elsewhere for breakfast. It was clear that little attention was paid to the quality of the food, which is unacceptable for any hotel.

The staff was amazing! The receptionist went above and beyond to welcome and help us!

The water quality was poor (it felt like showering with salty water), but it was the same at another hotel, so I'm guessing it's a general issue in Zakynthos.

Very central location and close to the beach, convenient location if you don’t have a car. Rooms are spacious and clean. All staff is very warm and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay here.

Wifi doesn’t work so well inside the rooms, otherwise everything is great.

It was a good hotel with a pool. The AC worked well. The room was spacious enough for 2 people.

The wifi connection was not that good. The breakfast was slightly late as it starts at 8:30 am.

Location was amazing, close to the sea and a short walk to the strip (10 mins max), but far away enough from the main strip that there was no noise when back the hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pool area with comfy sun beds and umbrellas provided. The staff were exceptional, they were very friendly and helpful, even printed out bus timetables for us. Also felt safe, as we were two girls travelling alone.

the floors in our room didn’t feel completely clean, no bottled water provided but overall very minimal things for such a reasonable price.

People at the hotel were nice, pool and the pool area was great, breakfast basic. Location is in the middle of everything so you need to expect noise and loud people.

The apartment we stayed in 109 was right next toť he crossroad = noise of buses and dust. There was smell coming out from the bathroom. It needs some TLC indeed.

The stuff were really caring and nice. The whole place was cleaned. But I was dissapointed with the breakfast included because there was not so many food to choose from. But as a whole it was great

Property was well laid out and pretty clean. The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful. Never had to fight for chairs by the pool

Rooms could perhaps be properly cleaned more. Ours was simply tidied most days which was fine but towards the end of the week we could’ve done with a change of bed sheets and new towels

The staff was very helpfull and kind. They provided excellent service. The pool area is also nice.

Location very close to sea, literally one minute.. A lot of beach clubs around and restaurants.. Very nice service and friendly stuff. We was more than happy…

Receptionist’s were lovely and friendly! Very helpful. Inclusive breakfast was good value, lots of options and staff always bringing out more if options were running low. Room was cleaned daily and the pool was a big bonus! :)

The location is excellent right in front of the beach. The lobby and pool area are very well decorated.

The room was a little old looking. Especially the bathroom, it needs a renovation asap.

The facilities in general, specially the bedrooms needs some attention in regards to renovation.

Room was much bigger than expected, and with a sea view! Stunning! The pool has plenty of loungers and very comfortable. There was communal inflatables too which we really enjoyed. Also there were no children at the pool which made it very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate, and lovely to sit by the pool in the morning. The location was INCREDIBLE! Easy walk to many bars and restaurants and the adorable Little Farm. There is a small supermarket right outside.Step out of the hotel and you are almost on the beach! I could walk there in my swimming costume in the morning and have a sunrise swim in the shallow, warm and calm sea within the bay. Amazing!

The room was advertised to have a shower, and the photo had a shower cubicle but when we arrived it was only a shower head attached low down in the bath so you had to sit. It made showering very difficult! We didn’t complain as we were so happy with our sea view on the top floor we didn’t want to lose that, but we did feel mis-sold, because no where mentioned this possibility.
