The fact our room never got cleaned, we got bit badly and we had to go cleaner for tissues and towels

Staff were very non compliant, ac in the room wasn’t working, bathroom basin was pulled away from the wall aswell as mould on sealants and one thing that I haven’t come across in my years of travelling and stays at hotels was that there was no tv in my room. Shocking!!!

Having travelled to a lot of the Greek Islands as well as the main land I was somewhat shocked that this facility did NOT include a kitchenette. I had to buy a kettle extension and cup so that I could make a hot drink as and when required.

Lack of kitchenette. Lack of internal seating. Lack of 'hanging' facility for swimwear.

this hotel is resort for teenagers and party. we spent here 9 nights and we didn't sleep 7 from. Rooms are too old, you can hear everything from others. And there was about 20 mosquitoes every day, we had 10 more bites every morning. breakfasts were not varied and often there was nothing to be sure about

nice location , little bit further from city so it was really quiet , which i liked ! Service was nice always clean room , overall nice service

sometimes at night other guest were noisy, but hey it was vacation.

Big Pool, friendly staff, good location, good for a girls holiday as the hotel is situated right on the strip and close to the beach. BJ’s pizzeria was a highlight

Uncomfortable beds but is good value for money - cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to standard (nothing to hold shower) but cleaners were quick to amend any issues

I cam for holiday and stayed there for a week, the staff was lovely and helpful, took care of everything we needed. Super recommended! Thanks perkes staff and management :)

Just the Parking and the pool!

The location shown on booking was by the beach meanwhile the hotel was 30 min far from the beach.Bed was uncomfortable.The owner at the recepsion was trying to give us a tiny room with two single beds, while we booked one with double bed and a single bed.His excuse was “booking fault”.We booked half board and the food was not good. What else ca I say

Great for young party people, staff is quite unfriendly.

Staff was quite rude, nobody told us about the spring break week were it‘s only a full on party mile with lots of drunken english people. Reception was incapable of offering us something else or finding a solution. At the end they let uns pay one night without any services.

To start up; I would honestly like to thank the receptionist Maria for her heart-warming welcome as soon as we arrived to the hotel.The rooms were clean and regarding the aesthetic-wise of the location; everything seemed at the right place.I would say that the service was overall great and what I liked the most during my stay was the pool area which as well was very clean and maintained alongside a cute bar to refresh ourselves with their cool drinks.Price-wise is unspeakably cheap regarding what they offer in return.Thank you for making our visit worth the try!

If you are going with your family don’t make the mistake of "We'll never be in the hotel anyway." and "It's just a place to sleep.". You'll be there more than you think and it's definitely not a good place to stay. UNLESS, you want to be in a hotel full of young drunk people.

The best Hotel experience I’ve had in my life ?I suggest it 100% for great vacation in Zakinthos!!!
