Location was great

Check out is stated 12pm, but they said we need to check out at 11:30am which is early

Very good position with access to many good restaurants.

The cleaning ladies started to clean every day early in the morning with the noisy trolley.

The receptionist was nice and very helpful.

Very noisy. It is a place for young people to hang out. Not recommended for families. I dont see why it is listed as 4 stars.

Not to far away from the beach, shops and restaurant.Bedding was clean and the room was big.Reseption staff very services mindef and helpful.

Bathroom was moldy and had a funny smell. Window in the bathroom was broken.A couple of times the clean towels that was delivered was already dirty, had to be changeed in the reseption.Towels was suppose to be white but was grey and full of different spots.

Was happy with how clean the rooms were, 24/7 Receptionist & Security, AC worked perfectly fine.

Even though there was two of us, We could only have 1 key.

The location of the hotel was very good, the manager of the hotel was very careful to our needs and responded very prompt to each request giving us directions for the most interesting places to visit.

Breakfast could be more variated.

Everything was very sub-standard. Breakfast was bland. Rooms very basic. Pool too small for the number of hotel guests. Constant smell of sewage. Rating is coming up as a 4 but I actually rate it as 2.

We had a wonderful stay at Karras hotel. We were helped to upgrade the room without any problems and the staff were very helpful! Also very grateful for the clean rooms. It is also nice that the hotel is not close to parties, but still close to the beach and shops. Highly recommend the hotel. / Helena L

The hotel was modern,clean and had a nice atmosphere. It is in a good location 5 minutes to the beach around 10 minutes to the strip.I would definitely return to this hotel. Spirolena was an amazing host and very accommodating and helpful.

Karras Hotel has great hospitality spirit, it is well located, rooms are big and clean. The staff is professional with great service attitude.breakfast is rich with great food and the generosity is all over the place.for sure I will return!

I came with a friend on. motorbike, would prefer to park them in side the hotel area.

Location was OK.

The hotel in general is very smelly and dirty too. Bathroom was not clean when we came, the cleaning staff only changed the towels and garbage. After our complain they cleaned the room only 2x times - but the floor and bathroom was still dirty. The elevator didn’t work couple of days. The food was same every day - typical english breakfast but not so tasty with some uncoked eggs etc. There are not many choices, only two types of salami - chicken breast and ham. The choice of fruit is poor. Croissants were almost every day burnt. The juice and coffee machine didn’t work every day.Wifi conecction is poor and didn’t connect in our room or hotel in general. I think the hotel is not worth 4*

Everything was perfect, but we left our Kindle under the pillow at the check out, and go back to ask it, 'til we were at the swimming pool whole day and they said there was nothing...?

We had a great stay at the hotel. It's located close to the beach. Staff members and hotel managers are super friendly and they know how to welcome their guests. Great ambience, breakfast, hospitality and facilities! Would go again!
