- Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy. Greek breakfasts, delicious pies, olives, feta cheese and many others, everyone will find something for themselves.
Cons -
- The beds could have been a bit softer (my personal choice)
- -----
- Perhaps our only gripe would be some people marking sunbeds with towels and not returning at all during the day, happened twice during our stay where the beds were not used at all but unavailable. Maybe a note or removed after a couple of hours.

Location fantastic, nice and quiet. Regular cleaning and friendly staff, always happy and willing to help, receptionist on arrival very helpful, forget her name but lovey lady who worked afternoons to evening. Would definitely come back here, in fact looking to book next year when availability comes out. Great little cocktail bar across the road. Well done Niko Elen. Efharisto

The staff, the room with balcony having a good view, the location.
There was no kettle in the room.
Very good location. Nice, quiet hotel. Nice, neutral staff. Great pool in the garden behind the hotel. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Hotel room renovated, nice furniture. The sea is very close.
The glasses in the hotel room are plastic, not glass.
Passable
The noisy staff cleaning rooms and corridors, loudly speaking to each other and if manipulated with their cleaning tools.
The hotel is so central for bars restaurants and shops. Always peaceful the staff are pleasant too
Friendly staff. Room comfortabe. Location excellent. Very clean.
No coffee making facilities in room
We have stayed at Niko Elen many times now. It is in the perfect location, all of the staff are lovely and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was good but could do more for British as we don't eat chips and hotdogs and certain things for breakfast. Staff were so nice and helpful place was nice and quiet as they wouldn't tolerate noisey guests. Pool area maintained very well.
Just food choice for breakfast maybe.
Great localization, near of stores, restaurants and beaches! If you stay here, you can do everything walking and enjoying the city! The pool is great! The staff are so friendly and professional!
The breakfast should have more options
Great location to both beach, bars, places to eat and shop. The Hotel, was simplicity at its best.Very friendly staff especially Josephina, always cheerful every morning. Alex very friendly making sure we're all OK in the evening.Elena working very hard. And Meena keeping everything nice and clean. Anastasia was also very helpful. And ofcourse Niko himself, who would sometimes, joins us in dining area for breakfast.
Breakfast sometimes felt a bit awkward, was nice when there was some music playing.Very simple buffet. I didn't like very much the cooked variety.I preferred the fresh fruits, (i liked that they put different fruits every day) honey & yoghurt, bread with hams & Cheese and boiled eggs, olives and feta. This was a nice touch.!
Another excellent stay at the Niko Elen. Comfortable and quiet. The staff are brilliant.
rooms looked nice
no privacy at night, staff accused us of smoking in the room which we didn’t. my partner didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel. breakfast was poor. air conditioning 8 euro a day
Niko Elen is a very clean hotel, the staff are exceptionally helpful. The location is perfect for the beach, bars, restaurants and shops.
Very clean, well situated, friendly staff and a beautiful building.
Breakfast was very random and not of great quality. No pool bar.
I am not the kind of person who is always happy with everything while living in a hotel. But not the one who expects daily cleaning of the room with a change of linen and a rich breakfast from the Hypermarket assortment : for 5 €. Therefore, my review will be realistic. The hotel is clean, the rooms are standard, comfortable. Bed linen is clean, bathroom towels are snow-white and fluffy. They change linen on the third day, as everywhere in Greece in hotels and apartments of this class. The breakfast matches my room and breakfast payment. The employees are all polite, welcoming and friendly. My special thanks for the kidness, always ready to help us Elena and Maria with advice and deed. I appreciate that the hotel reception takes care of the quiet in the hotel area in the evening time.Result: We had a great time sleeping in a clean comfortable bed, having breakfast and relaxing by the pool for a small fee at Niko Elen hotel.
The rooms were clean, that’s the only positive thing I can say unfortunately.
The staff was not welcoming at all. We all felt very uncomfortable with the way we were treated. As soon as we came in it didn’t feel like we were welcome. We had to pay for airconditioning (eventhough on Booking.com it literally states that airco isincluded, still we had to pay €6 p/d). Also we gota whole lecture on how we weren’t supposed to put it under 23 degrees C. After a bit of hassling we managed to get the money back. In the room we had a spare 1-person bed (which we were not planning on using). We got told that if we would use it anyway they would put us in another room. The staff talked to us like we were a bunch of high school teenagers, even though we were all well above the adult age which was a little embarrassing if I have to be honest. Privacy was also not a thing here: the staff was watching every move you’d make which was incredibly uncomfortable.Last but not least: towels were not cleaned unless you specifically asked for it, and even then it was made clear that you shouldn’t ask for new towels which I found very strange. Even if you had put them on the floor after 3 days, they were not switched for new ones and you were expected to use the towels from the floor.
First time at the Niko Elen, but hopefully not my last. From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. It was a joy to stay there, and I look forward to my return
