Location was beautiful right on the beach. Staff all lovely and food was lovely and reasonably priced.

Beds were a little hard for us managed to sleep ok though.

Perfect location, close enough to other cities without staying somewhere loud, beautiful view right on the beach with a wonderful staff.

The bathroom was very small and the didn’t provide beach towels so we had to buy some when we got there

This is a touristic part of Crete, with a very clean beach and many similar hotels. It is practical to reach all the touristic targets that are near Heraklion. 25 minutes from the airport by car, but you do not hear the planes. Many restaurants, bars, and shops are in the neighborhood. The hotel rooms are of solid quality, practical and clean. View on the sea is beautiful. The hotel is on the sandy beach, you do not need to walk, very practcla for a family with small children. Private pool and baby pool are also available.We were a family of five, the last guests at the end of the season (end of October), and the owners did their best to provide us full service. They gave us a different breakfast every morning, and we did not have to feel that they were staying only for us. Owners are also very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing wrong in the hotel or in a neighbourhood, but you shoud know that this part of the island is highly touristic, and some neighbouring settlements might be extremely busy during the season.

We loved this hotel! Everything about it made for a fantastic holiday. The owners could not have been more lovely- they were friendly and welcoming and created a happy, relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent- right on the beach and always sun loungers available at the pool. There are loads of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms are a good size with blackout curtains and good air con. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastically run by a friendly family who make your experience even greater. Not only is there a pool with comfy beds but it’s perfectly located beside the beach. They serve a variety of excellent foods that suit every taste. We will be coming again! Lots of love to all of the family, we will miss you! From the Coatesworths.

The hotel is run by a lovely and very hardworking family. Very friendly and attentive to everyone. It’s a perfect place for families and couples. Very relaxing and beautiful. Would love to come back again. Also, the location is fantastic if you’re looking for some nice atmosphere with bars and restaurants.

What an amazing place. This hotel is just beautiful!! In a spot with amazing views. Fell in love with the place straight away. The rooms are modern clean and spacious with everything you need-fridge hairdryer. Lovely and clean pool area as well as eating areas. Maliotakis is in a good location close to the heart of Stalis and near a good selection of bars and restaurants. But what really makes this place special is the staff that run the place. Family run and they are all so lovely! They can not do enough for you, anything you need they will help you with. They put their heart and soul into the place and it shines through such a lovely family. Will definitely return ❤️

Friendly staff always happy to help. The hotel and rooms were very clean, beds and towels changed regularly rooms cleaned every day. Great location with direct access to the beach and Main Street Breakfast was buffet style which varied daily and was very nice. Lovely pool and pool bar with good food available throughout the day and night

Not enough sunbeds around the pool for everyone.The hotel had sunbeds on the beach but guests had to pay for these at a reduced rate of 12 euros a day for two. This is ok for a one off but over the course of a week is quite expensive There are free beds further down the beach and other pools nearby

I loved how it was family run, so clean , right next to the beach, and nothing was too much trouble.Rena and her family were so welcoming and friendly.

On Google maps it shows the position of the hotel near the Irish bar area which is more central. But instead it was quite a bit further away than expected. We hired a mobility Scooter due to this as my partner has mobility issue so can't walk very far.Booking.com should change the pin location on Google maps to show the true location.

Directly located on the beach, supermarket directly across the street and the food & drink at their bar was delicious and value for money.

The room itself needs a lot of repairs - toilet was broken and was not fixed. The air conditioner did not work and again was not fixed. Most of the time, Reception was not covered and therefore there was no one to handle important matters.Breakfast was ok, but every day exactly the same - no variety in a 2 week stay and they do not have butter on offer.

Hotel staff was very helpful regarding trip recommendations (road trips, diving, beaches, etc)

The rooms are only been cleaned every second day.

We enjoyed our stay staff were polite and friendly service was excellent.

Well the first day we notice that the room wasn't very clean but after that first day staff did clean .

Bathroom. Every shower, after one minute there are flood in whole bathroom. Hair dryer does not work.

location was perfect - you cannot wish for a better location. Breakfast was good, like in every hotel , if you want something else its plenty places around for different choices. Staff - very polite , hardworking and fun. Hotel beach bar offers very dissent and delicious menu and its quiet at night time. Fantastic supermarket across the street. Car rental and excursion desk -very close .Pool is excellent! Sunbeds availabilities- no problem !!! Child friendly. Very clean small family hotel. We stayed there for 16 nights and did not want to leave...

Disappointing experience in many respects. Location is at the ocean, the only plus of this place.

Badly cleaned. Too tiny room for this money. Beds too small, plastic on the matras. Shower terrible constructed, with water streaming all over the floor. Beds at the pool broken. Waiter at poolbar forgetting our paid delivery. Croissants at breakfast undercooked inside and burned outside.

A perfect hotel, ideally located right by the sea, an ideal place to spend a perfect vacation. The hotel has a swimming pool and a very nice terrace where you can have breakfast or relax drinking an Apperol in the evening, admiring the sea. The owners of the hotel are the most welcoming team we have met during our vacations. We thank them for the very warm welcome and friendship with which they surrounded us throughout our stay. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel where we spent a dream vacation.
