General hotel ambience, excellent staff

Hotel was generally cold.More power sockets needed in bedroom (212) USB outlet would be useful.Bathroom in need of attention.

Location and decor

Many thing were being stored inside for winter and we had to walk past all of that to enter for our massages. The spa was closed for maintenance so we were not able to enjoy the indoor spa area which was disappointing as it was winter and we would have liked to enjoy the heated pool.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful pool are, nice architecture and interior design thruout. Really nice dining are and a good breakfast. Helpfull, accomidating staff.

Hotel rooms are quite dark. Pool is not heated . Bar area not nice

The spa showers didn’t work and the sauna was cold when we paid for the experience as extra

The property was lovely although it was evident that it was early season for them and the hotel didn’t seem to be staffed adequately or parts of the hotel ready.

The room opened onto to the beautiful pool area. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly but professional.

Couldn’t connect to the wi-fi and there was no mobile signal.

Great hotel great staff. Breakfast was amazing. Had dinner the food again was fabulous. Gardens are amazing you feel like you are in an oasis. 100% would go back to this hotel. Can't fault it.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - pool was fantastic, rooms were lovely, big and comfortable, and the general look and feel of the property felt premium! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely!

There’s not much in walking distance - it’s a short drive away from Moraira beachfront and is walkable but would take a long time and is all uphill coming back.

The hotel was in a beautiful location. We loved the room which was comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast which is included in the rate was superb - so many options and very tasty.

The pool was extremely dirty. It really needed a good clean. The pool bar menu/food was very over priced. We wanted a massage however couldn’t as she was booked for the entire time we were there, despite not being told we would need to pre book prior to our visit.

Breakfast very confusing. Didn't realise there was hot food til day 2 when i saw others with omelettes. Sometimes staff offered people hot food, sometimes not!

An attractive quiet boutique hotel

Complimentary water and facial tissues in the room would have been good.

Everything, stunning hotel, pool area exceptional, super front of house staff.

Breakfast a bit slow, slow to turnover tables and to bring out missing food items, some staff a bit confused, all very lovely but may have been new?
