Hotel Serawa Moraira

Great location, very friendly and hospitable staff who went out of their way to help (Mellie!). Facilities and food excellent.

Hotel is beautiful and generous in space. Good location for excursions. A nice place to 'be'. Rooms are well done with balcony.

Good location clean and with great staff! Breakfast was good with fresh eggs available! Food at Dinner also very good!

We would have liked a change of menu towards the end of the week! Also we couldn’t get Netflix on as there was no English channels available!

Good value for money and quality of services received. Separately, I would like to note the services of the restaurant, very tasty, excellent and fast service of dishes and affordable prices. I highly recommend this!

Very calm and relaxing...staff always smiling and friendly. But a special call out to Carmen who was a sensation...we will be back.

Coffee quality breakfast was not so good... and missing a coffee machine in the room...

Choice was excellent with hot eggs cooked to order. Superb staff . Nothing was too much trouble

Maybe 1 more coffee machine for breakfast would be beneficial to stop the small queue

Shower was excellent beds were comfortable bar was nice the poor was in the shade until the afternoon.

The breakfast was very cold every day and could have been more choice .

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who all wore matching smart but casual uniforms, which not only made them look good but also very professional. We have stayed here a few times over the years when it was the Gema hotel and since it's refurbishment and relaunch it is now very modern, comfortable and we will definitely be back. Also a fantastic, large private terrace off our room with sofa, chairs and loungers!

Good location

We called them up and added 2 additional nights. They didn't book our second room and I had to sleep on the floor. They admitted the mistake, but only offered €19 discount off a bill that was over €2000. An absolute disgrace when I had to sleep on the floor and another child couldn't stay there. We have been here 4 times and as repeat customers they treated us disgracefully and ruined 3 days of our holiday. The manager refused to speak to us. In short, they gave us a "free" gin and tonic as compensation despite them admitting their failures. Disgusting and will never go back.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Serewa very much. The location is great and in walking distance to some lovely restaurants. The town of Moraira is only a 5 minute drive away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and it felt extremely calm. The staff were lovely and very attentive.

The pool area could do with more umbrellas for shade.

The peace and quiet, the lovely clean rooms everywhere, the breakfast, our room was beautiful. would 100% book again, no question.

Maybe the description of the food in English, as it was very traditonal, lovely but not what we expected.

Water for shower kept going cold. Toilet was a weird angle.

Lovely boutique hotel with a good breakfast

The location is 10 mins to restaurants down a very dark road. 30 mins into the centre.

Patio area was very nice, bathroom was very laid out with nice toiletries, good sized towels. Room was very clean and looked after.

Bedroom was nice but very small, the bed was literally 1 metre from door so you could hear anyone walking outside, talking etc. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room and when I asked at reception I was told that I could come downstairs at breakfast time, get some coffee and take it up to the room - no up to 4 star standard. Mould in bathroom lighting above shower needs cleaning. Breakfast was poor, very little choice to select from. I asked if I get could scrambled eggs on toast and the staff seemed helpful, but I was given an egg omelette?
