Hotel Carmen

for our stay at the time location

no balcony,no bar lounge although there was a coffee bar but nowhere to sit comfortable

The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming, it’s immaculately clean and situated next to everything you need- not to mention the close proximity to the beach ?

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We struggled a couple of times with WiFi but this certainly wasn’t enough to put us off returning or recommending it ?

Location was fab clean and staff were excellent

Stayed here many times and never disappointed as location is fantastic and team very very helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom.

Having to go home lol

Location was good for us very clean

The room was very dark and the bath should have handles and slip mat to Sad getting out.

As a returning customer have always had a great time and treated very well

Would like to see more facilities in room 303 as in glasses and a microwave would make it more appealing

Perfect location just a minute to the centre, five minutes walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants very close by. Very quiet.

Nothing really, the room was a bit small but perfect for a short stay. A makeup mirror in the bathroom would be useful.

Staff were lovely room was clean

Room very small

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great - we opted for the Spanish option - fantastic

Reception looks a bit tired and could do with a refurb. First impressions count and this may put people off but it is not indicative of the very comfortable rooms.

Location and staff and clean

My room was too cold and the tiniest balcony

Central to la Cala easy walk to all bars and shops

Nice and quiet

Location nothing posh just clean and tidy

Small leak in shower tray

Clean, easy to find, friendly staff, spacious

Would have been nice to have some water

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. In our room had very good size balcony with sea view. Enjoyed our stay

Fresh clean room with friendly staff

Well maintained in the centre of La Cala

located close to town centre.reception and bedrooms very clean.decor fairly fresh.Pleasant stay in the hotel. the little cafe/restaurant where breakfast was served also had a varied and cost-effective menu.

No tea-making facilities in the room. The bedroom was small

Very welcoming staff and location, clean and comfortable

The fridge could be relocated as it could cause someone to fall as it is the end of the bed, and the bottom of the shower needs tidying up

We needed a room for one night, the room was comfortable, there was parking right outside. The staff was very friendly. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast only available from 08:30, we had to leave earlier....

The location was great

Pillow cases were DirtyNo Handwash in bathroomNo Tea or Coffee FacilitiesNo WaterFor 120.00 Euros a night it was very poor.
