Small bedrooms that had unpleasant smell in bathroom

The location of this hotel is brilliant, central to many restaurants and bars. The public car parks across the road are good but do get very busy. The rooftop bar has great views too

The room we were in was opposite a very busy dual carriageway which unfortunately was noisy during the night , I didn’t sleep very well . A kettle in the room would be great , just to make a cuppa first thing in the morning and sit on the large balcony would be so good. Small thing but there was no body lotion with the toiletries which I would have brought a small bottle if I’d realised. Just very small things but I think could make a difference to some guests visiting with hand luggage on a short visit

Central location, friendly staff, modern clean room, nice bar with great views

The location was tremendous and the cleanliness was very good. Staff attentive and knowledgable.

There was very little breakfast on offer which we were aware of. The room was very small and very little storage options I would not like this room for any length of time.

Room 302 the shower drain must have been blocked as the water started flowing everywhere. Had to stop the shower

The staff are exceptional so kind and they really look after you! We loved the rituals in the bathroom, bed was so comfortable and location is perfect!

The location is perfect and the roof top bar has the most amazing view. The room was immaculate and the staff were outstanding. Great communication from the time of booking. Would absolutely stay again.

Really charming boutique hotel with incredible views from the rooftop bar! The staff makes you feel really welcome and the place has a family feel. I even got to meet the owner who was wonderful and took some great photos of me :-) The rooms are immaculate and have excellent decor, with luxury touches. I would definitely stay here again, especially if you can get a room from the ocean side. The beach is within 1 minute walk.

Amazing location! Fabulous friendly super efficient service, the staff are amazing! Room was perfect and so clean and beautiful Bed was comfy Shower was brilliant ? The staff are the real gem ? We were supported to leave our bags while browsing the Saturday markets , and the offered a room to freshen up before we left!! Such kind efficient friendly staff!

The Orange House Boutique Hotel is the most amazing experience you can have if you stay in La Cala de Mijas. The service, the room, the staff and the location is superb at this hotel. The rooftop terrace provides you a beautiful atmosphere anytime and the staff service is great while enjoying a special view of the Costa del Sol ocean at Mijas Costa having breakfast or drinks in the afternoon / night in, a radiant sunshine morning or in a beautiful sunset or the lights and the moon in the night. We'll definitely be back!

This was my second visit . Jo and her team are so helpful and the staff are an absolute credit . Amelia helped me enormously and was so kind as was Bianca and the other lady who is Argentinian delightful . Lovely rooms and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous . Thanks again Jo .

Not much!

Room not clean, road noise terrible, toiletries just hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, no shower gel. Balcony like fish bowl, everyone looking up, good job stayed by myself as no room for two people, one drawer? Not able to use TV, asked for assistance, none received. Will not stay there again as paid extra for Penthouse Apartment, not in my experience.

Nice welcome and early access to room.Great friendly staff and owners.Close to everything.Help with luggage.
