Excellent all round, could not fault the locations, staff were wonderful and so helpful

The advert on booking.com is misleading none of the picture relate to the bungalows which don’t have a pool you need to read very carefully to ensure you get the right villa

Beautiful accommodation, nice clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. We will be returning.Breakfast was lovely, good range of options

Beautiful setting, fabulous breakfast, staff friendly and extremely helpful especially Felipe who went over and above, was the epitomy of customer service

Up a very steep hill, but we were aware of that so no problem as we like a walk

It was good until it wasn’t. I was so excited to come as we were celebrating my birthday! They downgraded us thinking we wouldn’t find out and the next day we complained that we had payed way more for a nicer villa than the villa we were given! Please be careful when booking as this has happened to a few people now!!

Front door and Gate were not working properly and I couldn’t leave the villa until it was fixed. It was not checked before I arrived.Also, WiFi wasn’t working and was only fixed the evening before I left.

The complex and breakfast were nice.

The villas pictured are not like the villa we were allocated. Therefore false advertising.Our pool was dirty on arrival and not kept very well, tiles missing and the communal areas in the villa smaller than pictures. Only 4 robes in a 6 person villa.

Villa was exceptional and the staff could not have done more from our arrival time until departure. Special thanks to Holly on reception,Greta the cleaner and , Alberto who was round most days to ask if wee needed anything and to check everything was OK . This trip was 5 star luxurious from start to finish and can't wait to return

Breakfast was great. Villa although a little bit out easy walk and taxi 4 euro. Great accomodation staff lovely went over and above to make stay great

The villa is very spacious and the kitchen fully equiped.

The restaurant pool was not available in the afternoon during our stay. And it was not heated.

Grand deluxe villas are lovely, immaculate and everything you would need, our only minor thing was that it took a day / 2 days for the pool to heat up, we thought this would have been done prior to us arriving which did not allow us in the pool on the first couple of days of our holiday, not a major issue though as the villa and staff are brilliant and saw to the issue straight away, breakfast is lovely and the villa is near a bus stop

It is a bit far out if you are walking, if you have buggies/ wheelchairs to get to the main resort there are hills you will have to climb to get back to the villa but not a problem as taxis are plentiful and cheap

Staff, breakfast and overall experience excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful. All of the staff were lovely, called us taxi's, collected luggage. One guest has a grazed knee and they offered to drive her to the pharmacy. They collected our large food shop and brought it back to villas for us.

The guests in the bungalow villa recommended some frosted glass over one of the windows as another villa could see straight into their toilet! They were in bungalow #1.

Fantastic location, only 10-15 minutes walk to everything. Located up a hill but taxis are only around 4 euros back from anywhere in puerto del Carmen. Staff cannot do enough for you. Villa complex is lovely and clean. Classic Villa was very spacious and setting is beautiful.

The bed in the main room was very hard and gave us neck and back ache all week. We couldn’t use the other double room as there were no curtains. Kitchen could be better stocked, it was hard to use the oven as we only had 1 tiny tea towel and no oven glove. No grill pan to use the grill. The electric hobs take a long time to get to heat. Small things like foil, salt and pepper would have been good to have in an amenity basket on arrival.The sofas in the living room were not the best, not overly comfortable and no other furnishings like cushions/blankets.

On check in Staff were very friendly! The restaurant not owned by Alondra was excellent!

As I turned back the bed there was a dirty bottom sheet, I called reception and they changed it, was not acceptable that they had put it on the bed! (See photo)Suppose to be 5 star!!A drain smell got worse over our stay! Housekeeping only swept it out, no mopping! Breakfast was ok, needed more choice and not machine coffee! Nobody asked us how was our stay, on checking out, even though the same member of staff who checked us in was at the desk! Stay at the La Isla y Mar hotel, same company, much cleaner and more comfortable with a fantastic breakfast

Poor maintenance on Garden with very poor pathway to pool and breakfast facilities. Cobble stones not secured could be trip hazard

This is the 3rd time i have stayed at villa alondras & the villa complex and staff are amazing. The breakfast is really good. The staff really do go out of there way to help in anyway.

I liked everything, there waa nothing i didn’t like. It was perfect.

Comfort accommodation , nice beds, heated pool, breakfast in arenas restaurant , quick reply to any queries , helpful staff

Brilliant stay. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was included which was great. Restaurant looked good with plenty of selection. Definitely would recommend.

Stunning villa, very contemporary.

Need a few more long mirrors for getting ready in the bedrooms.
