BLUESEA Hotel Los Fiscos

The hotel was dirty . The bath was painted? The sink was cracked? The windows were filthy, the bed covers smelled like food and cigarettes, the paint work was atrocious. The curtains were tread bare. Absolutely no way was it wheelchair friendly. The walls were crumbling due to dampness. The place is a total kip.

It was quite basic but was nice that you had cooking facilities and the apartment was quite spacious.

It was quite old and needed modernization.

Rooms were basic but clean and the staff were lovely and helpful

Food was awful, pool not great, no entertainment and only one bar.

For the all inclusive price paid the food and drink was reasonable and plentiful. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

The resort is "tired" and badly in need of a complete refurb. The thumping music at the pool bar was too loud. The pool bar is reached via an underpass with 20 steps up and down. This could be a real problem for disabled or elderly people and no warning is given on the website. You have to pay 8 euros to hire a kettle for a week!

The whole hotel hasn't been maintained since the 70's. Furniture and fixtures in the room are sub standard. As for the kitchen there is not even a kettle.

Paid 800 for the week then I had to rent a kettle and toaster and put down deposit never had to do this before

Room was pretty small, Although I booked for 2 people I thought we would have a bedroom & living room separately like previous visit. Unfortunately we had very little space. Would definitely recommend double checking apartment before visiting. (E.G) emailing property directly. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

We had a low floor near reception which was perfect. Downside is meal times could be better - 7pm is very late & the snacks at the bar are bare minimum. Food was never really hot either. Lack of decent entertainment & even music. The reception staff are excellent & taxis are there within minutes.

Staff wasn’t interested in helping in the slightest, false advertisement comes to mind when staying at this place, it’s very convenient location and the facilities aren’t half bad they provide the pools nice and the bar but staff also rude again But arrived late on, half prepared room, unbearable smell of bug repellant, blood/other red substance on the bedding, no WiFi or phone signal, vending machines broken

We were extremely disappointed with the poor condition of the room. When we arrived we asked to change the room and the second room they offered us was no better. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment.. We tried to just get on with it & enjoy our holiday. The bar & kitchen staff were very pleasant. We definitely will not be returning .

Hotel is clean. Staff are polite and helpful especially Bobby the barman. Great area for sun bathing

Rooms are very outdated, you don't get a kettle or anything in the room. There isn't any heating or air-conditioning in the rooms. It said entertainment on the advert, but when asked i was told only monday Thursday and Saturday so the evenings are a bit boring, we ended up going out, around 20 minute walk to the main strip got taxi back as hilly walk cost around 4 euros. There is only 1 bar which is outdoors by the pool. The food is a big let down but always chips, bread and salad so you wouldn't starve. The breakfast is served late 8.30-10 so on our last day we didn't get any breakfast as had to leave 8.20 for airport, most places I've been to start breakfast around 7/7.30

The facilities and food were good, pool area was a real plus.

The rooms were very old style. Like many other places in the Canaries.... Just very dated and had a cold grandmas house feel. Didn't impact my stray though as I'm pretty chill

The pool and bar area are very good, one of the reasons I choose to stay here. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed and I like the fact that they have a small balcony/terrace area. The food and drink at meal times is basic but there is plenty of choice st breakfast/lunch and dinner. Breakfast was probably the best of the 3. The staff are friendly and the place is generally pretty clean.

The location is a little far from the main strip but if you take that into account its not a problem. They could have had another tea/coffee machine or 2 at meal times as we had to queue for a while and they seemed to dispense quite slowly. The only snacks by the bar were sandwiches, it would've been nice to have some burgers/hot dogs. Fans or air con in the rooms would've been nice.

Hotel is basic and clean but beds are definitely too small for todays people. We were fortunate to get our room changed too an excellent room with a great private balcony which some evenings was spoiled by the outrageous behaviour and language of a minority if other guests. Overall I think the hotel is good but you do need to be fit as its at the top of a long, steep hill!
